Adriatic Metals PLC (LSE:ADT1, ASX:ADT, OTCQX:ADMLF) CEO Laura Tyler talked with Proactive's Stephen Gunnioni about the company's milestone transition from a development-stage company to a metals producer in the final quarter of 2024. Tyler highlighted the ramp-up in production, with silver equivalent output increasing 2.5 times from the previous quarter. The company achieved sales receipts of $27 million, nearly matching its expenditures. Despite challenges from severe weather conditions, Adriatic Metals has maintained operations, running its processing plant 24/7 and aiming for full commercial production in Q1 2025. She also discussed construction progress at the Veovaca tailings storage facility, which is expected to receive tailings by mid-February. Additionally, a study on the Vares processing plant expansion indicated that for a relatively small investment of $25 million, production capacity could be increased to 1.3 million tonnes per year. Adriatic Metals ended 2024 with a $21 million cash balance and secured a $25 million prepayment arrangement with Trafigura, bringing total liquidity to $46 million. Looking ahead, Tyler expects the company to achieve full throughput rates by Q4 2025, positioning it for steady growth into 2026. Vares elokuva? Kanavalla myös kaksi haastattelua (kolmas tulossa), joissa haastattelin ohjaaja Tuukka Temosta, Jussi Vareksen näyttelijää Leo Sjömania, Mikko Koukia, käsikirjoittajia Satu Rasilaa ja Akseli Koukia, sekä Vares kirjojen kirjoittaja Reijo Mäkeä. Aiotko mennä katsomaan tämän? Jos olet nähnyt mitä mieltä? Oletko lukenut Vares kirjoja?

Adriatic Metals PLC (LSE:ADT1, ASX:ADT, OTCQX:ADMLF) chief executive Paul Cronin takes Proactive's Stephen Gunnion through the company's latest quarterly activities report. Adriatic Metals generated its first revenue from the Vares silver mine in Bosnia and Herzegovina during the June quarter, marking a significant milestone for the company. Despite the initial revenue being modest due to the early stages of processing and commissioning, the company anticipates higher production consistency and improved numbers in Q3 as it commences blasting the first stope. Cronin highlighted that the plant is already processing saleable concentrates with improving recoveries, aligning with the plant's design expectations. Adriatic Metals aims to reach commercial production by the end of October, with a focus on meeting milestones set by their project financing agreements. Additionally, the company has successfully begun selling silver-lead and zinc concentrates to off-takers, achieving another key milestone by transporting their first trainload of concentrate to the port of Ploče. Despite facing challenges, including a recent court ruling affecting its tailings storage facility, Cronin expressed confidence in finding a legislative solution or an alternative facility by the end of October. Cronin also discussed ongoing exploration drilling efforts, with five rigs currently operating to extend the Rupice deposit and explore new areas on existing licenses, as well as continuing activities in Serbia. Adriatic Metals CEO, Paul Cronin, provides an update on the Rupice mine on the Vares project in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The mine has experienced delays due to equipment delivery issues and the termination of the mining contractor. However, the company has shipped its first concentrates and received its first cash inflow. The plant is working well. The mine's development is expected to have economic benefits for the community, including improved infrastructure and healthcare. Adriatic Metals is also exploring expansion and potential acquisitions to diversify its portfolio.
Gold Royalty Corp CEO David Garofalo joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share exciting news about the company's strategic developments. Gold Royalty Corp has completed its previously announced acquisition of a copper stream, operated by a subsidiary of Adriatic Metals plc and located in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Vares Stream pertains to 100% of the copper production from the mining area over the Rupice deposit. This stream includes ongoing payments equal to 30% of the London Metal Exchange (LME) spot copper price, with the effective payable copper fixed at 24.5%. Garofalo provided further details, stating that Adriatic has offered production guidance of 240-300 kilotons (kt) of ore to be mined from Vares in 2024, with copper grades ranging from 0.5-0.6%. Adriatic forecasts 750-850 kt and 800-900 kt of ore to be mined in 2025 and 2026, respectively, at grades of 0.5-0.7% copper. The company also mentioned that recent guidance targets a mine life of 18 years with an attractive operating cost profile. Garofalo highlighted the remarkable growth Gold Royalty Corp is experiencing, expanding from 18 development-stage royalties to 240 royalties, which now include 5 producing projects. In 2024, Gold Royalty Corp expects 160% growth in revenue and anticipates positive free cash flow and earnings for the first time. The company projects a 60% compounded annual growth rate in revenue through the end of the decade, driven by royalties on major gold mines in North America. These developments underscore Gold Royalty Corp's strategic focus on expanding its portfolio and enhancing its revenue streams through significant acquisitions and robust growth in its royalty assets. #proactiveinvestors #goldroyaltycorp #nysemaerican #groy #MiningIndustry, #GoldMining, #CopperAssets, #RevenueGrowth, #IPO, #Royalties, #Investment, #Americas, #Bosnia, #GoldMiningInc, #NYSE, #Earnings, #CashFlow, #Acquisitions, #JuniorMining, #MiningProjects, #DavidGarofalo, #2024Projections, #MiningGrowth#invest #investing #investment #investor #stockmarket #stocks #stock #stockmarketnews
Adriatic Metals PLC (LSE:ADT1, ASX:ADT, OTCQX:ADMLF) chief executive Paul Cronin tells Proactive's Stephen Gunnion the company has commenced the transition process to take over as the mining operator as it boosts productivity and sustainability at the Rupice Mine in Bosnia & and Herzegovina. Following an Accelerated Development Action Plan (ADAP), Cronin said is taking operational control over the mine from Nova Mining and Construction, after acquiring equipment and inventory worth approximately $11 million. This strategic shift allows Adriatic Metals to directly manage and develop its local workforce and optimise cost by integrating local suppliers into its supply chain. Additionally, the company has implemented new technologies and enhanced health and safety measures under the ADAP, aiming at reducing operational incidents and environmental impacts. To support these changes, Adriatic Metals has secured a $25 million short-term loan facility from Orion Mining Fund for additional working capital. These steps are part of a broader effort to improve efficiency and position the mine as a catalyst for local economic development. #AdriaticMetals #MiningIndustry #BosniaAndHerzegovina #SustainableMining #LocalEconomy #MiningTechnology #HealthAndSafety #MiningEquipment #EconomicDevelopment #MiningOperations #ProactiveInvestors #invest #investing #investment #investor #stockmarket #stocks #stock #stockmarketnews
Serious concerns are being raised about the CDC and it's lack of investigations into the Covid vaccine adverse reactions. Dr. Peter McCullough is calling for an audit of the CDC investigative practices. This month the CDC quietly lifted it's isolation guidelines from 5 days to 24 hours after fever free. It is no coincidence this is the same guidelines for the Flu and common cold. The removal of a 5 day isolation protocol serves as an admission that the CDC got it wrong when it comes to it's lockdowns and mandates. The most troubling piece of news to emerge relating to the Covid response cover-up is the involvement of Bill Gates. The gates foundation is now claiming the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System amounts to "mis-information." Gates and his propagandists are pushing for a name change to VARES, advocating to rename it the "Vaccine Safety Sentinel." The arrogance is stunning. Bill Gates and his globalist deceivers at the World Health Organization are calling this post pandemic period an "Info-Demic" or a pandemic of mis-information from people like me, The Gateway Pundit and our guest Dr. Peter McCullough. Dr. McCullough blows the whistle on them all. If you would like to keep yourself safe with the prescription medications you need to respond to nearly any medical emergency or pandemic I urge you to visit TWC.Health/Grant to get the Emergency Medical Kit, complete with anti-virals and anti-biotics you need to stay healthy in times of an emergency.

Politiikkaradio pureutuu hallitusta kasaavan kokoomuksen tilanteeseen oppaana poliittisen historian professori Vesa Vares, joka on kirjoittanut kokoomuksen historiasta. Kokoomusjohdon on sanottu olleen traumaattisessa tilassa, kun puolue joutui neljä vuotta sitten oppositioon. Miten kovat paineet puheenjohtaja Petteri Orpolla on nyt onnistua? Mitä hallituksen muodostaminen perussuomalaisten kanssa tarkoittaa kokoomukselle? Jäävätkö liberaalit ahtaalle? Onko kokoomus liukumassa maahanmuuttovastaisten perussuomalaisten suuntaan? Miten esimerkiksi julkisella sektorilla työskentelevät kokoomuksen kannattajat reagoisivat tulevan hallituksen leikkauspolitiikkaan? Jos nykyinen yritys Säätytalolla menee mönkään, Vares pitää mahdollisena, että Suomeenkin syntyisi ”pohjoismaiseen malliin” vähemmistöhallitus. Toimittajana on Antti Pilke.

Although gold prices are down from the start of the year, miners still have healthy margins at the current price levels, noted Kitco correspondent Paul Harris. In February Harris recorded Kitco Roundtable at BMO Global Metals, Mining & Critical Minerals Conference with Mining Audiences manager Michael McCrae and Adriatic Metals CEO Paul Cronin.Adriatic Metals (ASX:ADT) will commence production at its Vares silver project in Bosnia & Herzegovina in Q3 of this year. Adriatic describe Vares as one of the highest margin polymetallic projects globally. Post-tax NPV is estimated at $1.062 billion and IRR at 134%. After gold got as high as $1,960 ounce in January, Harris noted that the BMO conference opened in late February with the metal suffering a four-week slide dipping into the low $1,800 range. "Perhaps [the drop is] a little bit painful, but the producers...still have 40% to 50% margins," noted Harris. "They're making a lot of money."

In this episode, we chat to Paul Cronin, MD, and CEO of Adriatic Metals, an ASX and LSE-listed precious and base metals explorer and developer that owns the world-class Vares silver project in Bosnia and the Raska zinc deposit in Serbia. Paul's background is in corporate finance, investment banking, funds management, and commodity trading and is a co-founder of Adriatic Metals. He describes their journey in developing this world-class polymetallic underground mine in Eastern Europe and what this is going to bring to the region. KEY TAKEAWAYS Bosnia has a well-developed coal mining industry. But their regulations are a little outdated compared to other jurisdictions. About two-thirds of their staff live locally, which is good for their standing in the community. Bosnia is rich in natural resources. The country has an abundance of cheap power and a fairly young diaspora that is starting to return to Bosnia, bringing all of their skills and experience with them. Inflation is having an impact. For example, the cost of diesel has proved to be a big issue. But, in Bosnia, the cost of power has not soared as it has in other jurisdictions. Bosnia is a vibrant, extremely beautiful, culturally rich, and welcoming place. People are extremely helpful, although some elements of bureaucracy move slowly. The expectation is that they will hit the ore body on their underground mine by October 2022. Production is scheduled to commence in Q2. BEST MOMENTS ‘If we look at the way the two exchanges have behaved, we are still getting more liquidity on the ASX. ´ ‘We are a company that delivers what it says it's going to deliver. Largely on budget and on time.' ‘The prime minister was quoted in the Financial Times last year speaking very positively about the company and the industry.'
