Holaaa :) en el episodio de hoy tengo el placer de charlar con el Dr. José Luis Ramírez, médico especialista en dermatología, con amplia experiencia en el tratamiento del acné, la rosácea y en el uso de terapias con láser.A lo largo del episodio abordamos los motivos más frecuentes por los que personas de entre 25 y 65 años acuden hoy al dermatólogo, y cómo el estrés, la contaminación ambiental o la exposición solar influyen directamente en la salud de la piel.Hablamos también de las diferencias más notables entre la piel femenina y masculina a lo largo de las distintas etapas de la vida, y de cómo adaptar el cuidado de la piel a cada edad.Entramos en el mundo de los láseres dermatológicos: por qué una misma tecnología puede emplearse para acné, manchas, arrugas o flacidez, qué tipos de láser son más efectivos según la indicación, qué expectativas son realistas antes de iniciar un tratamiento y cómo minimizar los riesgos. Además, comparamos los tratamientos con luz azul e infrarroja con los láseres y analizamos en qué casos pueden ser complementarios.Además, y en línea con la gran experiencia de José Luis, dedicamos una parte importante del episodio al acné: desde su abordaje en la edad adulta hasta los tratamientos tópicos, complementos alimenticios, terapias con láser y fármacos más eficaces.
