Posting every day…multiple times a day…carousels…sharing your deepest personal stories. If you're trying to boost engagement, impressions, and reel in those real estate leads via social media, you've probably tried it all. And when it doesn't work, you're probably left thinking the algorithm is out to get you. But hold up – it's not. No strategy will ever work if it's not backed by cold, hard data. If you're not tracking what's already working and turning up the volume on that, you're just throwing spaghetti at the wall. Social media without analytics is just a bunch of guesswork.  This is especially true for LinkedIn – the goldmine for real estate agents looking for leads. So many people struggle to make a splash on LinkedIn, but here's a little secret: there's an easy way to crank up your following and engagement. Enter: ChatGPT. How can AI transform your content game? How do we use ChatGPT to get more real estate leads on LinkedIn? In this episode, AI-assisted personal branding guru Celeste Yamile breaks down a simple, no-nonsense workflow that'll have your LinkedIn popping off in no time.   With data you're going to have the power and not think the algorithm hates you. -Celeste Yamile   Things You'll Learn In This Episode  Go from 0-20,000 followers without posting every day  Most social media experts tell us we need to post multiple times a day to get more engagement and impressions.

Book Vs. Movie: ElectionThe 1998 Novel Vs. the 1999 FilmThe Margos have had the Tom Perrotta novel Election on their list to cover since the podcast began in 2008, but for some reason--it was not made available until this summer. Who could forget Reese Witherspoon's performance as Tracy Flick? Matthew Broderick's last line in the Alexander Payne movie? The story is about an ambitious woman who will win her high school presidential campaign no matter what made Witherspoon a star. Her character became an avatar for people who tried too hard and were overbearing. Tracy believes she will easily win the election, not counting one of her teachers (Mr. M.) has it in for her; one of her fellow students is doing it as a goof (nice, but not very bright Paul Warren) while his sister (Tammy) is doing it in retaliation against Paul's girlfriend Lisa (who used to date Tammy.) The teacher who has sex with Tracy (while his wife is pregnant!) loses his job, which makes Mr. M. angry, and he feels he needs to rob her of an election win. Now that there is a new Perrotta novel, a sequel called Tracy Flick Can't Win, is it time to have a new look at not only her character but also the plot in the first place? Who were the villains here? Why does Mr. M. hate her so much? The Margos have so much to unpack here! This episode is sponsored by Kensington Books and the novel Twice a Quinceaňera by Yamile Saied Méndez.“This book will set your dreams on fire” –praise for Yamile Saied Mendez by Reese Witherspoon for Furia by Yamile Saied Méndez.Instead of losing the deposit on her wedding venue, a jilted bride decides to throw herself a quinceañera (times two) for her 30th birthday in this effervescent rom-com from Yamile Saied Méndez, the acclaimed author of the Reese Witherspoon YA Book Club Pick FURIA. Book Vs. Movie: Barefoot in the ParkThe 1963 Neil Simon Play Vs. the 1967 Robert Redford & Jane Fonda FilmThe Margos love a good love story with beautiful people and funny writing. Barefoot in the Park by playwright Neil Simon is a story about two young lovebirds who live in New York City as newlyweds and are trying to find their way in the 1960s. It was Simon's longest Broadway hit and had several adaptations over the years. Welcome to Episode 3 of Prints Unedited with Yamile Lima! We had a wonderful chat about teaching theatre with a social justice focus and some of the tools that Yami uses herself in her classroom. Yamile is a firm believer in the need to bridge the gap between education and the community, and the power of language to help uplift students and community members. Yami Lima is a Latinx Middle School Theatre Arts and Language Arts Educator for Miami Dade County Public Schools, one of the largest urban area schools in the United States. She holds her M.S. Ed. In Education and Social Change from the University of Miami and her B.F.A. in Musical Theatre Performance from New World School of the Arts Conservatory through the University of Florida. She has been a performing artist, designer, production assistant and director for over two decades in educational theatre, local theatres, private studios, films and voice over studios in Miami, FL. Her belief is that in education, as teachers, we need to integrate social justice, and SEL practices within the classroom to assist in affecting change in society. As a teacher-activist Yami believes that you must assist the community to help bridge the gap between what is done within the schools that works and implement it within the community. As Paulo Freire stated, “Teaching is a political act, no pedagogy is neutral.” Book Recommendations that Yami recommends in our video: Radical Possibilities by Jean Anyon Theatre of the Oppressed by Augusto Boal Everyday SEL in Middle School by Carla Tantillo Philibert (Also available for Elementary, Early Childhood and High School) Reading, Writing and Rising up: Teaching about social justice and the power of the written word by Linda Christensen Pedagogy of the Oppressed by Paulo Freire Edited by: Rachel Post Intro & Outro Music by: Marc Young Transcript: TBA --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/prints-unedited/support

Merry Meet, Witchcasters! Brightest blessings to you all as we enter the season of Belloween, so to celebrate the Samhain spirit Lucy offers up the next five of her top ten films about death, hauntings and the otherworlds: Crimson Peak, A Ghost Story, The Lovely Bones, Truly Madly Deeply and Boys in the Trees (starring Wendy Rule). We have your viewing over Belloween sorted! Then enjoy a long and fascinating conversation as Lucy interviews the Spirit Medium, Yamile Yemoonyah, who shares her theory of seven types of guides - and discover which could be yours! Yamile is a truly beautiful soul, with ancestral connections to Columbia, Africa and Europe, kind and caring, and has had some wild times over her life - including starting up a business with the help of an African Goddess! We cover power animals, angels, gods and goddesses, nature spirits, star beings, ancestors and ascended masters - as well as how to communicate with them. You'll come away from this conversation inspired, and deeply curious about what lies beyond this world, and how the interdimensional worlds overlap and intertwine with ours. Finally, well, we knew this conversation was coming, but given Yamile touched on cultural appropriation, and given how much of it takes place, it was time to delve into why working with sage can be problematic. It is at its heart an ancient, sacred indigenous practise - so how has the commercialisation of this indigenous sacred religious practice impacted upon the First Nations peoples of the United States and Canada who were, until recently, banned from using sage at all. A difficult, but very necessary conversation about cultural protocols that could help us all become more kind, aware, and conscious of the lines between the sacred and the unholy. This week's beautiful Pagan Songs are all by a new artist (to the program) - David Pendragon makes his Witchcast debut! You'll hear: Spiral Dance by David Pendragon Pendragon Hall with Dance of the Fae and to soothe and comfort us all, will put you in the most beautiful, calm and loved space, regardless of what is going on within your life, or out there in the world.David Pendragon's Irish Blessing The intro music is "We Are One" by the band Nordic Daughter.
