Several construction projects for Prisma Health Camperdown development in downtown Greenville JCC is currently working on projects for Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, Piedmont Healthcare, the Navy, the Air Force, the Marine Corps, and the General Services Administration, to name a few. Mr. Jordon is a respected leader in the community. He currently serves on several boards including: The Greenville Chamber of Commerce Greenville Tech Foundation City of Greenville Construction and Maintenance Board of Adjustments and Appeals Better Business Bureau of the Upstate (Past Board Member) Mr. Jordon also works closely with the following groups: Urban League of the Upstate Greenville Housing Fund Habitat for Humanity Legacy Charter school mentor The Riley Institute Diversity Leaders Initiative Greenville Chamber of Commerce Minority Business Accelerator program graduate JCC has been selected as the Small Business Administration's Small Business of the Year; the Small Business Development Centers service provider of the year; the Greenville Chamber's small business of the Month; the Greenville Chambers Minority Business of the Year; and the Better Business Bureau Business of Integrity Award. Following his passion for developing affordable housing in the community, JDC has purchased and renovated 9 residential properties and worked with the Greenville Housing Authority to make them available for affordable rentals to large families. JDC currently owns and manages these properties. JDC also worked with Community Works as a funding partner on a couple of the properties to secure the necessary funds for renovation and has since paid back those funds. In addition, a local work force was used in the renovation of all of the properties. Mr. Jordon understands the heartbeat of business, knows the importance of developing mutually beneficial partnerships, and is committed to serving the Greenville community. He believes in not only hard work and commitment for business success but also hard work for the benefit of uplifting those around him and those that could use a helping hand.
