We are on Monday through Friday and every third Saturday of the month each morning at 8am Pacific, which is 9am Mountain, 10am Central, and 11am Eastern. Everything goes. Everything. When you are on, do not be disruptive, we have fun, but we like the show to run smoothly. If you have noises in your background, they are magnified, so keep a quiet atmosphere or Jay will mute you – and if you've never been SHUT/DOWN, it will catch you by surprise, but if you know the score, c'mon! what are you waiting for? On the evening of January 4th, 2019 in San Antonio Texas, a 911 came in from a man saying that someone had stolen his car with his infant son inside. The man, Chris Davila, said he'd pulled into the parking lot of a Food Mart. He left the car engine running and went inside to get a bottle of water. When he came out, his vehicle and his son were gone. Sadly, the baby boy's body was found buried under a bridge. Three people were arrested and the community was shocked to learn who the suspects were. Even more shocking, was that none of them were charged with murder. Most gyms don’t communicate as well as they could do with their clients and prospects (or employees, vendors, and communities). They lack the skill and time to develop a content strategy and then consistently execute against it. This results in missed opportunities to differentiate themselves from the competition, to gain new leads, to nurture prospects, and to retain current clients. Jay Croft solves this problem and saves fitness facilities time and money by: A) providing content on a regular basis that engages target audiences B) Creating a communications strategy for their businesses that will help them grow. This includes content but also a lot more Links in comments below https://www.primefitcontent.com/ https://www.facebook.com/groups/420795762099015/ https://www.facebook.com/jaycroft
This conversation took me happily off guard as Jay is both an exceptionally open and honest guest AND he doesn't mind digging into some of the muck at the chance of uncovering a few gems for someone else. I appreciate his candor and willingness to play ball with me as we peeled the layers of his attempted suicide, drug use, and how the divorce of his parents all helped mold him into the successful and HELPFUL man he is today.
