Super Bowl 60 Review Game Review - Seahawks won their second SB in franchise history beating the Patriots 29-13- Pats punted on their first 6 drives of the game - Jason Myers kicked 3 FG in the first half to give the Seahawks a 9-0 lead - Kenneth Walker had a 30 and 29 yard run on one of the drives that were huge plays for the Seahawks - After another Pats punt in the 3rd, Seahawks take get another FG to go up 12-0 - At this point in the game I was thinking would there be any TDs in the game - Both defense were playing with their hair on fire - Drake Maye was under siege the entire game, didn't play well - Darnold didn't play that good either, but he did great job managing the game - At the end of the 3rd quarter Maye is sacked by Derick Hall and DT Byron Murphy recovers the fumble - Getting the ball at NE 37, the Seahawks finally put together a drive and score a TD 16 yard AJ Barner TD - At this point I knew the game was over- However, on the next drive, Maye hits Mack Hollins on two 30 yard bombs to cut the deficit to 19-7- Seahawks punt on their next drive - Pats after the punt, gets the ball back, and Maye throws a terrible pick to Julian Love - Seahawks get another FG to go up 22-7 - Next Pat drive, Maye throws the kiss of death pick 6 to Uchenna Nwosu to seal the game Biggest Takeways From the Game - Seahawks winning this proved you don't need a young genius offense coach to win a SB - Seahawks defense really were the MVPs of the game, Pats really sustain any drives all night - Drake Maye put up one of the worse playoffs runs for at least 3 games in a postseason since 2000 - With hindsight, you would think a defense of coach is going to make a young QB feel uncomfortable and that is what happened Winners and Losers

Hour 1 opens with the Seahawks winning Super Bowl 60 behind a suffocating defensive performance that overwhelmed the Patriots from the start, as Seattle's front proved far too much for rookie left tackle Will Campbell and a shaky Drake Maye. The guys break down an ugly, punt-filled game that was never really close, why Seattle's tougher path had them more prepared, and why Minnesota may regret letting Sam Darnold walk. They also give credit to the Patriots' defense for keeping New England within striking distance despite the lopsided feel. The conversation shifts to college football with talk of bowl games losing relevance, a potential 16-team playoff, praise for elite Miami recruit Jackson Cantwell, and Joe wraps it up with stories from a wedding weekend that was fun—but rough on the body.
The Seahawks win Super Bowl 60 behind a dominant defensive performance that overwhelmed the Patriots from the opening snap. Seattle's front proved far too much for rookie Will Campbell and the New England offense, with Drake Maye looking timid on the biggest stage. WePatriots' favorable path to the game. The guys discuss how Seattle's much tougher road to the Super Bowl had them ready for the moment, why even the Rams likely would've handled New England with ease, and still give respect to the Patriots for their season despite the lopsided result.
In Hour 2, Andy and Randy talk about the Seahawks defensive dominance in the Super Bowl, the Hawks struggling, Braves pitchers and catchers reporting soon, and Backpage with Beau.
On this episode of the JT Sports Podcast, JT delivers an instant reaction to Super Bowl LX as the Seattle Seahawks defeat the New England Patriots 29–13 in a matchup defined by physical defense and trench play. JT breaks down how both teams approached the game, highlighting key performances, coaching decisions, and how the flow unfolded across all four quarters. The episode also explores what this Super Bowl result means for the future of the Seahawks and Patriots moving forward into the offseason.
In the third hour, Mike Mulligan and David Haugh discussed the Seahawks defense's dominant performance in Seattle's 29-13 win against the New England Patriots on Sunday in Super Bowl 60. After that, NFL Network reporter Stacey Dales joined the show to share her takeaways from the Seahawks winning the championship.
0:00 - The Seahawks won Super Bowl 60. The Lombardi Trophy is headed back to Seattle. Man, that was a boring Super Bowl. It picked up a bit in garbage time, but whatever. The question we'll ask from now until the end of time: How would the Broncos have looked in that game against the Seahawks Defense with a healthy Bo Nix and JK Dobbins?15:24 - It was the most controversial Super Bowl halftime show of all controversial Super Bowl halftime shows! Gasp! What did you think of Bad Bunny yesterday?32:03 - Jamal Murray has been named to the NBA's 3-Point Contest. Good for him! He'll probably hit the gym immediately and start putting up shots to get ready for it. That's the type of person he is. He's a natural competitor. It's nice to see Jamal finally getting his flowers.

Footballguys The Audible - Fantasy Football Info for Serious Fans
In This Episode: On this Super Bowl 61 edition of The Audible, Cecil Lammey and Sigmund Bloom deliver the definitive preview of Seahawks vs. Patriots — a matchup loaded with storylines, pressure, and two completely different paths to the big game. Seattle brings a world‑class, suffocating defense that has bullied elite quarterbacks all season, but can they actually shut down Drake Maye, the rookie phenom who has carried New England to the brink of a championship. Then the guys flip to the other sideline: Sam Darnold, the former first‑rounder turned journeyman, now one win away from rewriting his entire NFL legacy. Can he go from "what could've been" to Super Bowl champion. And how does Seattle structure an offense around him that can survive Bill Belichick's successor and a Patriots defense built to confuse. Cecil and Bloom also break down how the Patriots offense can move the ball with Maye — quick game, tempo, Rhamondre Stevenson, and the matchup advantages New England must lean on to keep the rookie upright.
Papa and Silver discuss the upcoming Super Bowl with special guest Michelle Smallman from Unsportsmanlike. They dive into the matchup between the Seattle Seahawks and the New England Patriots, with a focus on the Seahawks' defense and their ability to dominate the game. Michelle shares her insights from her digital show with Matt Simms and Ben Solac, where they broke down each position group and gave the advantage to Seattle. The conversation also touches on the Patriots' defense, the importance of Josh McDaniels, and the potential for a close game.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Seahawks TE AJ Barner joins the show to talk about winning the NFC Championship game, the environment in Lumen Field, what to expect in the lead-up to the Super Bowl, and more. They talk about what the Rams did well to give the Seahawks Defense fits. And they give their impressions of the Hawks Super Bowl opponent the New England Patriots.
Bob and Dave break down what changes they expect to see from the Seahawks defense ahead of this weekend’s NFC Championship game against the Rams, they bring you the latest on the Seahawks worrying injury report, and they look at how Mike Macdonald and Sean McVey’s coaching styles will impact the game.
Bob and Dave break down what the Seahawks defense needs to do to shut down the Rams offense in this weekend’s NFC Championship game, they look back on how successful Puka Nacua has been in the last two games, they discuss how important the defensive line depth been to the Seahawks building an elite defensive unit, and they break down how important winning the turnover battle will be to this game.
Mike MacDonald spoke to the media yesterday and gave his thoughts on turnover differential, Puka Nacua and the health of his quarterback. Sam isn't taking all the reps in practice and we are ok with that. Puka is a force, can the Seahawks defense stop him from getting 200+ yards again? Seattle has a positive turnover differential in every game except against the Rams, is MacDonald concerned about that? :30- MIKE SANDO (The Athletic) What's going to determine this outcome on Sunday? Ken Walker is the guy now that Charbonnet is out- can he handle the workload? Does Mike give Jarrett Stidham a chance to pull off the win over the Patriots? Does Sando have any belief in the Patriots? What's going on in Buffalo? :45- We close out the show with one last thing! See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
We are THREE sleeps away from NFC Championship! These two teams are so evenly matched that only 1 yard separates them in their two matchups this season. The number 1 offense going against the #1 defense, who has the advantage and how confident are we that Mike MacDonald's defense can stymie the Rams? The Seahawks offense has been nothing but consistent against the Rams, putting up 414 and 415 yards in each of the two matchups, with turnovers being the issue in that first game and they still had a chance to win it. :30- ICYMI: Matt Haselbeck joins us on Wednesday mornings and we talked to him about Sam Darnold's injury, something he dealt with as well. Did Darnold favor the injury? Would there be any issues this week? Does Darnold just need to keep letting it rip? Stafford is having his best year yet… :45- The AFC Championship is Sunday and Denver will go up against the Patriots without Bo Nix. Can backup QB Jarrett Stidham do enough for the Broncos to get the win? Maybe, with that defense. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Audacy NFL Insider Mark Schlereth joined Sports Talk. Schlereth discussed Robert Saleh's fit as the next head coach of the Tennessee Titans, the Broncos' victory over Buffalo, and the NFC Championship Game between the Rams and Seahawks.
Headlines and 12th Man News with GREGG BELL (Tacoma News Tribune) - The Zach Charbonnet injury seemed like it wasn't going to be bad… but it is. A torn ACL will require surgery and have him out for the next 8+ months. - What's going on with Sam Darnold's oblique? - The Rams are next and last game Puka Nacua and the Rams offense went off, so how will MacDonald game plan for their 3rd matchup? :30- The Char-Coacherie board has gotten very full! - Robert Saleh is expected to finalize a deal with the Titans and the Dolphins hired their new Head Coach. - The Bills fired Sean McDermott, but do they have a plan for their next head coach and where will McDermott end up? :45- Has PI gotten too complicated? Last night's refs were consistent in not calling PI's and it was good, but far too often there are inconsistencies with PI calls. How can we expect players to know how to play if they don't know what isn't and isn't going to be called PI? See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

MMQB with HUGH MILLEN - Saturday's win was delightful - The defense harassed Brock Purdy all night, are they Championship worthy? - Mike MacDonald got the better of Kyle Shanahan again. - How much credit needs to be given to this offensive line? :30- We are back with more MMQB and Hugh's thoughts on Sam Darnold and the offense's performance. :45- Hugh can't wait for next Sunday when we get to see Mike MacDonald's ability to adjust at work again. He's not saying Seattle is going to win, because the Rams are good, but if they lose, it won't be because they gave up 500 yards. How concerned should we be about Puka Nacua? Hugh's thoughts on tonight's National Championship. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
We have discovered a portal between Ashley's house and the station and it might be time to put it to the test… We FINALLY Have a game time and it's exactly what Gregg has been predicting for days; Saturday at 5pm. And now all of the pieces of the Divisional round are in place. The Houston defense is really something special and New England will have a tough test next weekend. Meanwhile, the Steelers are headed home and TJ Watt has never won a playoff game. What's next for Mike Tomlin and Aaron Rdogers? :30- The Steelers season is done and that means DK's season is done, so how did his season compare to JSN's and how obvious is it that John Schneider knows what he's doing and isn't afraid to take risks? :45- It's list season and Mariners pitching prospect Ryan Sloan is #6 on the list of the top pitchers and that's pretty damn good! It's a Football Friday and not sure if ya heard, but the Seahawks have a bye this week! First he's here, then he's gone and now… he's back? Demond Williams signed a revenue sharing deal with UW on January 2nd, before deciding he could do better at LSU and announcing he was entering the transfer portal, blindsiding coaches, teammates and his agent. Unfortunately for Demond, the contract he signed was legally binding and now, he's “decided” to come back to UW. Can he earn the trust of his teammates, coaches and the fans back or is the damage done? :30- Are the Seahawks peaking at the right time? We talked to Matt Hasselbeck about it on Wednesday and his thoughts on how hot the Hawks are right now sparked a conversation. :45- We do it every Friday, it's our No Cliché Keys to Victory! Yes, the Seahawks are on bye, so the keys are a little different this week. What will it take for the Hawks to advance to next week? See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
