They've overcome adversity, have longevity, and have won championships together. Russell Wilson took first-team reps Wednesday and is trending toward starting against the Jets. If you're Justin Fields, what are you thinking? Steelers analyst Chris Hoke joined the show. Chris is curious to see how Russell Wilson will play this week, especially with Wilson being a more 'professional passer' than Justin Fields. Chris believes Fields made this decision easier for Mike Tomlin after the Raiders win due to some struggles, especially in the first half. He does not think this move proves that Justin Fields is no longer viewed as a long-term option. Elandon Roberts' forced fumble at the goal line is one of the wildest plays Starkey's ever seen and Hokie gives some context behind big hits he's experienced playing football. Chris Hoke likes the honesty displayed by Justin Fields today, admitting he hasn't played well enough. Chris enjoys the humility and Starkey thinks it's a good thing a Steelers QB is displaying this after Kenny Pickett's comments at the end of last season.
