Die zentralen Themen dieser Folge: - Art. 188 StPO – Stellungnahme der Parteien und Taktik: Warum das rechtliche Gehör hier eine Schlüsselrolle spielt und die Frage, ob sich auch die Privatklägerschaft äussern darf. Wann lohnen sich Ergänzungsfragen und wann ist Schweigen klüger? - Art. 189 StPO – Ergänzung und Obergutachten: Wie Gerichte mit unklaren oder widersprüchlichen Gutachten umgehen. Duri und Gregi konstatieren, dass Gutachten heute deutlich schneller erstellt werden als früher und was das über die Professionalisierung der forensischen Praxis aussagt. Diese Episode schliesst das Kapitel über die Sachverständigen in der Strafprozessordnung ab. Sie zeigt, wie juristische Präzision, strategisches Denken und menschliche Erfahrung im Strafverfahren ineinandergreifen.
