Bay Broadcasting has announced the "imminent" rollout of three of its radio stations to DAB, making them available to an estimated 85% of the population.Radio Nova, Classic Hits Radio and Sunshine 106.8 will broadcast on the Failte DAB Mux2 trial, which will reach most of the country outside the Dublin when launched.Bay claims the move marks a new era of national scale and audience growth for the group and describes the launch of the three radio services on national DAB as the most exciting development for radio choice in over a decade.It believes the move will significantly increase its reach, with Nova and Sunshine expected to add 2.5m potential listeners and Classic Hits a further 1.2m people.Bay Broadcasting said the rollout gives the group the potential to challenge Bauer Media's monopoly on national radio commercial radio in Ireland. To find out more about this I spoke to Kevin Brannigan the CEO of Bay Broadcasting. Un reportage dans les pages du Nouvel Obs suit le quotidien de Vassyl Savych, rédacteur en chef du Bulletin de l'Aube, qui livre son hebdomadaire chaque semaine en ukrainien, à quelques kilomètres de la ligne de front avec l'armée russe. Au fur et à mesure que l'article se déroule, la tournée prend forme : « à l'arrière du véhicule, une cargaison inattendue : rien qui ne puisse sauver une vie, rien qui ne puisse en ôter une. » Des exemplaires de l'hebdomadaire local, que Vassyl distribue lui-même dans les villages de première ligne. « Le journal ne lui rapporte plus rien, explique le Nouvel Obs, mais pour les habitants qui n'ont pas fui, il s'agit parfois de la seule information fiable de la semaine ». Le rédacteur en chef se rend dans des villages proches du front,« désormais hors des circuits postaux et humanitaires. La plupart se trouvent dans la zone de la mort », raconte le Nouvel Obs, qui évoque les visages familiers, et les sourires fugaces des gens que Vassyl salue chaleureusement, avant de reprendre le volant, tout en scrutant le ciel pour vérifier qu'aucune drone russe ne patrouille. « Pour les quelques habitants de ces villages, résume l'article, sa venue vaut davantage que les nouvelles qu'il apporte : la preuve que le monde extérieur demeure, et que la guerre n'a pas tout englouti. » Matthieu Pigasse, le millionnaire de gauche qui s'impose dans le paysage politico-médiatique français « À un an de la présidentielle, l'homme d'affaire cherche à peser dans le débat, appelant au rassemblement de la gauche. Au point d'avoir des ambitions élyséennes ? » s'interroge La Tribune Dimanche, qui lui consacre un portrait dans ses pages.  « Sans invitation et sans mandat électoral, il se rêve un rôle d'influence à gauche, et pourquoi pas même un destin présidentiel. Dès lors, il multiplie les rencontres avec les cadres des partis : Olivier Faure, Clémentine Autain, et se vante d'être "copain" avec Mélenchon », précise le Point.  Mais « au sein des partis, peu connaissent réellement le personnage, tempère La Tribune Dimanche, tous le saluent de s'être engagé dans la bataille culturelle contre l'extrême droite. » Car c'est là le cœur de son action depuis plusieurs années :« Hanté par le 21 avril 2002, quand le leader du Front national Jean-Marie Le Pen s'était qualifié au second tour de l'élection présidentielle, le financier s'investit de plus en plus dans la lutte contre l'extrême droite et la droite radicale. Et met ses médias, dont Radio Nova, au service de ce combat », résume Le Nouvel Obs.  Le sommet Africa Forward s'ouvre ce lundi au Kenya « Pour la première fois, un sommet Afrique - France est organisé dans un pays non francophone, remarque Le Nouvel Obs, face au déclin de son influence au Sahel, puis en Afrique de l'Ouest, Paris mise sur les puissances anglophones. » « Le choix du Kenya ne doit rien au hasard, analyse l'hebdomadaire, le pays offre une stabilité politique, une économie dynamique, et surtout il représente l'avantage de ne pas avoir de passif colonial avec la France, et donc pas de contentieux mémoriel. » « Au-delà de l'économie, la France cherche à renforcer la coopération sécuritaire, tout en démilitarisant son approche. Après le traumatisme sahélien, l'heure est à une coopération de défense centrée sur la formation et le renseignement », poursuit le journal, avant de rappeler que Paris a signé un accord de défense en octobre 2025 avec Nairobi. Ces IA qui nous veulent du bien, parfois trop « L'IA, au moins, elle me comprend », voilà quelque chose que vous avez peut-être pensé en votre fort intérieur, s'il vous arrive parfois de vous confier à une IA conversationnelle. C'est aussi le ressenti partagé par l'une des personnes interrogés par La Croix hebdo sur le sujet, qui en a d'ailleurs fait le titre de son dossier.  Une retraité en froid avec sa famille, une jeune femme préoccupée par l'état de son couple, ou encore un trentenaire en proie à l'anxiété : tous utilisent l'IA comme une « béquille existentielle », constate le journal, en lui confiant quotidiennement leurs inquiétudes et leurs états d'âme. Et l'IA abonde toujours dans leur sens : « Elle m'écoute, elle n'est pas là pour me contrarier », raconte par exemple Monique, âgée de 92 ans.  « L'IA est programmée pour aller dans notre sens. À force d'échanger avec elle sur le mode de la confidence, on risque de désapprendre certains savoirs sociaux, met en garde la philosophe Anne Alombert dans les colonnes de La Croix, et notamment, le fait de savoir composer avec l'autre, avec sa différence, et surtout de savoir s'enrichir de cela. » « Le problème est que le chatbot valide des croyances potentiellement erronées et peut encourager des comportements à risques comme l'isolement social, au lieu d'orienter vers un professionnel de santé », s'inquiète Le Point. Plus grave, il peut fournir des informations inexactes.  « Plus on entraîne le chatbot à être chaleureux et amical, plus il a tendance à donner des réponses incorrectes, a du mal à corriger les fausses vérités, voire les théories du complot énoncées par l'utilisateur », précise à l'hebdomadaire Luc Rocher, auteur d'une étude sur le sujet.  Le Point conclut par une ultime mise en garde : « À trop vouloir confier ses états d'âme, on en oublie qu'une IA n'en a pas grand chose à faire, aussi chaleureuse soit-elle. »
