We're back with a fresh and special SPANDAU20 mixtape: a live set by the talented DJ and producer @phara-6

Oliver Rosemann is a DJ and producer from Leipzig, who has been active since the 90's. During this time, he has made his experience with timeless techno exactly in the time of its creation, which can be seen later in his productions and DJ Sets. In the Leipzig scene he played numerous live sets in the early 2000s, including at the 1040, one of the legendary clubs of the time. Increasingly, he began to show himself in public not only as a pure live act but also as a track producer. He oriented himself out of the local scene and tried to place his music directly internationally. With the collaboration with MasCon called "dualit" he had first big releases on labels like Earwiggle, CLR or Fith Wall Records and also international gigs e.g. in Antwerp. But after that his solo project should be in the foreground again. Oliver got his own EP on Sunil Sharpe's label Earwiggle. The "Pointing from the Moon EP" was released, which was the starting signal for numerous following releases. To date, there are close to 180 tracks and remixes, including 3 LPs, released on labels such as MindTrip, MORD Records, Warm Up Recordings, Pole Group, Stockholm LTD and many more. Another promising collaboration was to follow. Pfirter and Oliver started producing together in 2019 and presented their first joint 4 tracker “Alpha EP” in 2020 on MindTrip Music and it was a huge success. To date, the collaboration of the two includes several releases and B2B DJ Sets and there will be a few more. Oliver is also present on stage. Whether as a live act or as a DJ, he knows how to create a dark, driving, ecstatic atmosphere on dance floors. He has already proven this in clubs like Tresor Berlin, Distillery, Institut für Zukunft, About Blanc and also in other countries in Europe. Numerous podcasts recorded by him or live cuts from parties, which were released over the years by renowned crews such as "Reclaim Your City" or "Staub", show this. In 2021 he founded his own record label "Recorded Things", which he now runs together with Sebastian Rothermel. Also, here, his sound, which he produces or DJs, is formative and reflects what kind of techno he stands for. The latest release here is a new collaboration between Oliver and Alexander Kowalski! To say that Dimi Angélis has been around, is to state the obvious. When during the late nineties techno first got hold in The Netherlands, Dimi was there to help shape the culture that would see it flourish. Promoting raves and warehouse parties in Amsterdam and putting his first needle on a record back when ‘underground' actually meant something, he has since built a career that spans two decades. His craftsmanship is based on emotion, honesty and the from belief that music has the power to move and educate. Over time his path has taken him everywhere from Berghain and Awakenings to Under Club and Dekmantel. Besides playing records, Dimi is an avid producer. After teaming up with Jeroen Search in 2004, the first half of his twenty-odd active years saw him release a string of sought-after EP's and LP's on Mission (6277/Axis), Stockholm LTD and their co-owned A&S label. Now, as the beginning of a third decade draws closer, Dimi's been equally successful in putting out solo music on Mord, Warm Up Recordings, Axis Records, KEY Vinyl, Construct Re- Form, Krill Music, Falling Ethics and his own ANGLS imprint. Much like Dimi's ANGLS is a platform for open and straightforward techno, helping to shape the genre for another two decades to come. Starting out in Bogota, where she cut her teeth holding down residencies at Club BarC, Cinema and La Sala whilst performing across her native country’s different cities, Adriana Lopez moved to Spain in 2003 where she quickly made a name for herself throughout Europe and beyond. With years of experience behind her, Lopez's deep understanding of techno is evident in her high quality and tastefulselections: mixing records with technical finesse that has led to appearances at the likes of DGTL Festival (Barcelona, Madrid), Village Underground (London), Faust and Vurt (Seoul), Lux Fragil (Lisbon), Vent (Tokyo), Mondo Disko (Madrid), Basement (New York), Berghain and Tresor (Berlin) and many more. Meanwhile, as a producer Lopez has released on Stroboscopic Artefacts, Modularz, Semantica, PoleGroup and Mistress Recordings, as well as remixed Svreca, Pär Grindvik and Spencer Parker on each label owner's respective imprints. Berlin-based dj and techno producer savas pascalidis has been steadily making his mark in underground electronic music circles since his first releases in the mid-90s. He runs his own label sweatshop and spins at various clubs worldwide. Enthralled by the music of labels like Prelude, Westend, Salsoul, Rams Horn, DJ International, Trax Records in the early 80s, he started to collect and spin records from Hip Hop, Electro, Rare Grooves, Disco, Funk, Hi-NRG, Acid, House, Rave, EBM and Techno through the 90’s and he has spent all his life exploring all facets of underground dance music Born in south germany and later moved to berlin, the well-traveled DJ has been among the restless and classically minded members of the dance music community over the last decades. Rooted in the pioneering techno innovations and influenced by the likes of Underground Resistance, 430 West. KMS, Relief, Dance Mania, Metroplex, Jeff Mills, DBX, Robert Hood, Joey Beltram and many more he developed skills that led him into producing records and made a name for himself since the mid ’90s Techno scene with a series of dark, loopy and groove driven dancefloor orientated techno music. Pure and simple. But above all he is a DJ, transformed by music, passionate about the crowd.. Yet he is also a discoverer of old and new sounds, and has an rich musical culture. His releases earned him a reputation for being something of a dance music purist. With his over 25 years experience of playing and collecting records, with a huge vinyl collection of approximately more than 25,000 Records, his sets comprise a wide range of the most important currents electronic music went through over the last 25 years. His energetic sets are based on classic hypnotic US-techno, deep and heavy grooves with a touch of stronger non-vocal house tracks. Another example of his DJ integrity is the fact that he still prefering the qualities of vinyl and has never played any kind of music in digital form Throughout a career spanning many decades he has worked to main-tain a constant flow of creativity within the house and techno sphere. Never losing focus, he never prepare any sets upfront and everything is decided at the venue to keep everything interesting , organic and never really the same. Orogeno is a Portugese DJ and producer who is bringing an innovating touch to the techno scene. In 2016 he released the Descolamos EP on Propellant Music with 2 original tracks. The moment I heard the EP I had to use the tracks in my sets as well. The EP also features remixes from Echologist and Relapso.
