We start this Monday somber as the Panthers lose to the Islanders last night and Tobs is waving the white flag on the season as things are looking rather bleak. Leroy begs the question on if it is time to move on from Bobrovsky and Tobin doesn't want to hear it. Tobin must of course troll Brittney as F1 season is upon us! It is then time for 15 Min of Heat; as the Heat had an action packed weekend with Tyler Herro and Kevin Durant having choice words for each other Saturday!
We must always bring the silly sauce no matter what; Tobin and Leroy get into lobster diving?? We get into some NFL Football talk … will the Dolphins post Tua for his birthday today?? And Tobin would really like to know where the hell Christian Wilkins is!! Leroy gathers around the lockroom to give out his Gameballs and Gamebums; Miami Heat and PGA choke jobs!
We go around the sports landscape and touch all bases; the Heat take down the Rockets this weekend with a little extra curricular from Tyler and KD, and are the Panthers hopes for a 3-peat gone after they walk away with no point towards their playoff push this weekend! Tobin sadly reports that Marlins TV analyst Tommy Hutton will be stepping away. Tobin might need a hug as it seems everyone is leaving him! We dip into our mixed bag to round out this hour; as we hear from Ware and Spo!
We have made it to Friday finally! And we get things started with the Miami Heat dropping another one last night to the 76ers, why can't they score late in the game? The Panthers come back from the break with a vengeance as they beat the Maple Leafs 5-1 as they are trying to make a playoff push! Tobin and Leroy get into another quibble over Sergei Bobrovsky! Tobin drops an insane stat about Kel'el Ware's minutes and Leroy absolutely loses his mind and even goes to the windowplex to yell down to 601 Biscayne Blvd!
The NFL Combine is in full effect and we will give some updates and get into the conversation surrounding Miami Hurricanes top prospect and first rounder Reuben Bain as well as the concerns surrounding Carson Beck… is his arm strength good enough? Tobin is concerned about Bam Adebayo after the game yesterday as he seems very frustrated with the way the team is playing… could he request a trade at the end of the season? We then dip into our mixed bag as we hear from Louis Redick, Erik Spoelstra, and more!
We enter the final hour of this Friday and we of course need to get into some silly sauce as we head into the weekend! The conversation from yesterday about Tobin's run in with Testicular Torsion and we even get a Tobin and Leroy original! We finish things up with our favorite Friday game of You're Dead to Me; Lemon Pepper Lou Night in Atlanta, NFL Combine, Love Is Blind, and F1 is back and Brittney is thrilled!

This week on The RE–CAP Show, Tobin and Christen start with a bigger question: what responsibility do athletes have to use their platform — especially when wearing the crest? From there, they sit down with U.S. Women's National Team forward Ally Sentnor, fresh off camp, to talk about what it really takes to make it at the highest level. From flipping Candyland boards as a kid to leading at the U-20 World Cup, she opens up about extraordinary drive, earning trust as a goal scorer, navigating the “free-flowing bridge” between youth and senior teams, and what it means to wear the U.S. crest in complicated times. We talk killer instinct, leadership mistakes, platform responsibility, and why being “ordinary” might just be her superpower. New episodes every week. Watch the video version of the show on YouTube. “Living in the Green” isn't about waiting for perfect clarity — it's about moving when God has already spoken. In this message, we see how God works through motion, not passivity. From Paul and Barnabas stepping out without full instructions, to Isaac sowing in the middle of famine, to Jesus teaching that we are the seed planted in the earth — Scripture shows us the same truth again and again: God blesses obedience in motion. Many believers are not stuck because God is silent — they are stuck because they are waiting for details instead of acting on what they already know. This teaching confronts the idea that we must have every answer before we move. Instead, it reveals that direction often comes after obedience, not before it. When we live inside the boundaries of what God has already said, we are “in the green” — free to act, grow, build, and produce. You'll be challenged to stop circling the same place and start putting your hand to something again — trusting that God will redirect you if needed, but will always move when you move in faith. You were planted to produce. You were built to move. And God is waiting for you to step forward. Support the show
