Der Vertrieb ist überwiegend Chefsache. Das ist historisch gewachsen, weil ich über Jahre einen sehr guten Account aufgebaut habe bis in die höchste Führung, ins höchste Management. Dadurch war ich wie ein bunter Hund bis ganz oben bekannt. Inzwischen habe ich das breiter aufgestellt und mehrere Kollegen eingebunden. Wir sind gewachsen und es ist nicht gut, wenn alles nur an einer Person hängt. In der Entwicklung haben wir ungefähr ein Drittel des Teams, das unterstützt vor allem in Business-Analyse, fachlicher Bewertung und Umsetzung gesetzlicher Anforderungen. Eigene Entwickler beschäftigen wir nicht. Durch KI verändert sich die Rolle der Entwickler stark. Klassisches Coding wird weniger wichtig. Modelle können heute in wenigen Monaten Arbeit leisten, für die früher ganze Teams Jahre gebraucht haben. Trotzdem werden Menschen nicht überflüssig. Ihre Aufgaben verändern sich: Beratung, Steuerung, Projektleitung und Qualität werden wichtiger. Auch im Testbereich sind wir stark aufgestellt. Test ist entscheidend für Qualität. Jeder kennt Apps oder Navis, die nicht richtig funktionieren. Oft liegt das daran, dass nicht ausreichend getestet wurde. Wir haben inzwischen autonomes Testen eingeführt, basierend auf Agenten. Trotzdem braucht es weiterhin Menschen, die prüfen, ob alles richtig läuft. Die zentrale Botschaft ist: Die Rollen verändern sich. Stillstand ist gefährlich. Man muss mit der Zeit gehen, sich anpassen und nach vorne schauen. Ab nach vorne, keine Angst. Auch Krisenzeiten haben Chancen. Es profitieren meistens die Aktiven, die Initiative ergreifen. Es gilt: Love it, leave it, change it. Für mich betrifft Veränderung nicht nur Softwareentwickler, sondern uns alle. Jeder Beruf verändert sich. Deshalb braucht es Flexibilität, Offenheit und die Bereitschaft, alte Muster zu hinterfragen. Der schlimmste Satz in Unternehmen ist: „Das haben wir immer schon so gemacht." Nur weil etwas immer so war, heißt es nicht, dass es gut war. Wir sollten uns immer wieder fragen: Macht das noch Sinn? Ist das noch zeitgemäß? Gibt es einen einfacheren Weg? Genau darum geht es: Dinge einfacher machen. Wir machen aus vielem eine Raketenwissenschaft. Dabei ist oft der einfache Weg der beste Weg. Kinder fragen ständig: Warum? Warum? Warum? Das sollten wir Erwachsene wieder lernen. Wenn ein Problem da ist, packen viele noch weitere Probleme obendrauf. Besser ist: Lösungsorientiert denken. Erst ein Problem lösen, dann das nächste. Unsere Zeit und Energie sind begrenzt. Deshalb gilt: Less is more, weniger ist mehr. Nicht zu kompliziert, nicht zu wissenschaftlich. Einfach, klar und effizient. Unser Leben ist nicht unendlich. Wenn wir 80 Jahre rechnen, sind das rund 29.700 Tage. Darum: Seid geizig mit eurer Lebenszeit. Investiert sie in Dinge, die euch Freude machen und euch weiterbringen. Nicht im Problem bleiben. Geht in die Lösung. Es gibt für alles Lösungen. Herausforderungen gibt es immer. Aber auf den Knien bleiben genügt nicht. Aufstehen, aufrichten, Brust raus und mit Power nach vorne. Es gibt ein Leben vor dem Tod. Leben wir es. Am Ende bereuen wir nicht das, was wir getan haben, sondern das, was wir nicht getan haben. Gorans Abschlusswort: Achtet auf euch selbst. Also ich bin ganz erstaunt, dass es 93 Krankenkassen gibt. Ich dachte nur an die ganz Großen. Doch, die gibt es viele. Gerade die Betriebskrankenkassen sind oft aus Unternehmen heraus entstanden und teilweise gar nicht bundesweit offen. Manche versichern nur die Belegschaft eines Konzerns. Daher kommt diese enorme Spannweite. Wir sprechen hier von Kassen mit rund 5.000 Versicherten bis hin zur größten in Deutschland, der Techniker Krankenkasse, mit fast zwölf Millionen Versicherten. Das ist schon gewaltig. Wir arbeiten mit Businesspartnern. Am Markt gibt es im Wesentlichen zwei Standardsoftware-Systeme für Krankenkassen: Eines auf SAP-Basis und eines, das stärker mit Web-Services und Web-Clients arbeitet. Früher sprach man in der IT gern von viel Blech, also Hardware in gekühlten Räumen. Heute läuft vieles über virtuelle Server und Cloud-Strukturen. Wir arbeiten für den Marktführer im zweiten Bereich und betreuen damit rund 85 Prozent des Marktes. Gleichzeitig haben wir auch Expertise im SAP-Umfeld und unterstützen dort punktuell ebenfalls. Dadurch sind wir sehr breit aufgestellt. Du hast gesagt, rund 60 Millionen Menschen sind in der gesetzlichen Krankenversicherung. Der Rest ist entweder privat versichert, gehört zu den Beamten mit freier Heilfürsorge oder fällt unter besondere Systeme wie Versorgungswerke, etwa bei Architekten oder Ärzten. Diese Gruppen sind oft nicht klassisch gesetzlich renten- oder krankenversichert. Unser Schwerpunkt liegt aktuell auf den gesetzlich Versicherten, aber selbstverständlich können wir auch die private Versicherungswirtschaft unterstützen, vor allem bei Lebens- und Gesundheitsprodukten wie privater Krankenversicherung oder Zusatzversicherungen. Ein riesiges Zukunftsthema ist die ePA, die elektronische Patientenakte. Dort spielt die digitale Identität eine zentrale Rolle. Langfristig werden auch private Versicherer daran nicht vorbeikommen. Ziel ist, medizinische Daten besser verfügbar zu machen, Doppeluntersuchungen zu vermeiden, Kosten zu senken und eine nachvollziehbare Gesundheitshistorie aufzubauen. Da ist noch viel Potenzial im Markt. Überraschend ist: Viele private Versicherungsunternehmen sind bei Automatisierung und Digitalisierung längst nicht so weit, wie man vermuten würde. In manchen Bereichen ist die gesetzliche Krankenversicherung sogar deutlich weiter. Und nicht nur dort: Auch der gesamte Public Sector, also Behörden und öffentliche Einrichtungen, steht vor großen Veränderungen. Ob Finanzbehörden, Meldeämter oder Standesämter – überall werden Digitalisierung, KI und Prozessberatung immer wichtiger. Wir bedienen heute eine Nische, aber eine mit sehr hoher Eintrittshürde. Es gibt nur wenige Mitbewerber mit dieser Tiefe an Erfahrung und Exzellenz. Wir können die laufende Transformation in unterschiedlichsten Rollen begleiten: von Projektleitung über Programmleitung bis hin zur Fachberatung. Trotz Wirtschaftskrise und Rezession halte ich diesen Bereich für relativ krisensicher. Denn jede gesetzliche Änderung aus Berlin erzeugt neue Anforderungen bei den Krankenkassen. Das heißt mehr Aufwand, mehr Anpassung, mehr Umsetzung. Genau dort setzen wir an und helfen, Anforderungen schnell aufzunehmen und sauber umzusetzen. Dabei sind 95 Prozent der Software-Anpassungen gesetzlich getrieben, also reine Regulatorik. Nur ein kleiner Teil entfällt auf Weiterentwicklung, Wartung oder individuelle Kundenwünsche. Deshalb spricht man in diesem Umfeld auch oft vom Standard, obwohl sich die Kassen in Prozessen, Satzungen und Auslegung teils deutlich unterscheiden. Ja, man ist in gewisser Weise ein Getriebener des Gesetzgebers. Viele Änderungen kommen kurzfristig, was für Softwarehäuser nicht leicht ist. Auch wenn heute agil gearbeitet wird, bleibt das System stark abhängig von politischen Vorgaben. Im Moment sind wir vor allem in Deutschland aktiv, aber die DACH-Region ist für uns sehr interessant. Gerade die Schweiz haben wir uns bereits angesehen. Die Regulatorien sind dort teils noch strenger, aber in vielen Punkten ähnlich. Daher wäre auch dort Unterstützung gut denkbar. Das ist vielleicht die wichtigste Botschaft: Bleib am Ball. Schau hin. Geh mit der Zeit. Der Markt verändert sich rasant. Wer nur reagiert, nimmt am Ende das, was übrig bleibt. Wer agiert, kann mitgestalten, den Weg mitbestimmen und sogar vorausgehen. Goran, wir haben ja KI. Wie weit arbeitest du mit KI oder AI? Das ist ja in aller Munde. Wie gehst du damit um? Ja, lieber Ernst, es ist angekommen. Auch ich arbeite damit. Am Anfang war ich vorsichtig, weil man sich erst einmal damit beschäftigen muss. Wenn ich mich mit etwas beschäftige, dann möchte ich dem Thema auch Zeit und Aufmerksamkeit schenken. Vor etwa eineinhalb Jahren habe ich ChatGPT entdeckt. Zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr habe ich mir viele Tutorials angeschaut und mich intensiv mit dem Thema Prompten beschäftigt. So habe ich angefangen. Heute nutze ich KI im Alltag gern, um E-Mails zu beantworten, Dinge zusammenzufassen oder Konzepte und Pläne zu hinterfragen. Aber nicht blind. Ich stelle gezielte Fragen, prüfe offene Punkte und überlege: Will ich das wirklich so? Denn KI ist kein Allheilmittel. Aber sie bringt enorme Beschleunigung, Struktur, Klarheit und hilft bei Formulierungen. Auch Agenten werden immer wichtiger. Trotzdem ganz klar: Den Menschen wird KI nicht ersetzen. Es ist faszinierend zu sehen, wie KI den Kontext versteht und auf bereits bekannte Themen aufsetzt. Heute ist sie etwas, ohne das es kaum noch geht. Die Zukunft setzt darauf. Aber: Der Mensch bleibt unersetzlich. Arbeitest du nur mit ChatGPT oder auch mit anderen Tools? Wir arbeiten auch mit anderen AI´s. Im Unternehmen bauen wir gerade eine eigene Umgebung auf, in der verschiedene Modelle zusammenarbeiten. Wir schauen auch auf Claude, Perplexity und andere. Seit Oktober können sich unsere Mitarbeitenden zum KI-Experten weiterentwickeln. Das ist eine zwölfmonatige Schulungsreihe rund um künstliche Intelligenz und Agentic AI. Erst geht es um Tools und Methoden, danach in den Deep Dive. Denn ich bin überzeugt: Im Alltag nutzen wir KI noch viel zu wenig. Zusätzlich haben wir ein internes Projekt gestartet, in dem wir unsere Prozesse anschauen und prüfen, wie wir sie mit KI schneller, effizienter und neu gestalten können. Wie kommt das bei den Mitarbeitenden an? Gut. Die Erwartungshaltung ist hoch, aber es kommt gut an. Gerade wenn man mit Outlook arbeitet und der Copilot integriert ist, kann man E-Mails viel schneller beantworten. Das erleichtert die Arbeit enorm. Ja, das sehe ich genauso. Bei mir ersetzt die AI mittlerweile zwei Mitarbeiter, die ich nicht mehr brauche. Und wenn ich nachts eine Idee habe, spreche ich sie kurz ein und bekomme sofort Feedback. Ja, genau. Früher habe ich viele Zettel geschrieben. Heute diktiere ich das direkt hinein und lasse mir strukturierte Notizen daraus machen. Natürlich muss man gegenlesen, aber es ist eine wahnsinnige Erleichterung. Goran, unsere Zuschauer interessiert natürlich auch: Was machst du beruflich? Ich bin ursprünglich Sozialversicherungsfachangestellter, also Sachbearbeiter einer Krankenkasse. Heute bin ich Vorstand und Unternehmer. Die Equitas Integration AG in Hamburg ist eines der Unternehmen, die mir gehören. Wir haben uns auf das Gesundheitswesen spezialisiert, insbesondere auf die gesetzliche Krankenversicherung. Wir unterstützen entlang der kompletten Prozesskette, also End-to-End. Gerade Automatisierung ist heute ein großes Thema. Der Kostendruck ist hoch, die Zusatzbeiträge steigen, Fachkräfte fehlen und der demografische Wandel verschärft alles zusätzlich. Darum helfen wir, repetitive Vorgänge zu automatisieren. In der IT spricht man von Dunkelverarbeitung: Ein Antrag geht ein, alle Voraussetzungen sind erfüllt und die Auszahlung läuft automatisch. Die Mitarbeitenden kümmern sich dann um die Fälle, die nicht automatisch durchlaufen, etwa wenn Steuer-ID oder Bankverbindung fehlen. Auch dort lässt sich schon vieles automatisieren – mit Mails, Chats oder Voicebots. Genau das ist unser Schwerpunkt: Effizienz steigern, Prozesse modernisieren und Menschen entlasten. Heute ein absolut spannender Interviewpartner bei mir, der liebe Goran. Goran, herzlichen Dank für deine Zeit und schön, dass du da bist. Du warst ja auch in der TV-Erfolgssendung und das, was du bewegst, das, was du machst, ist für mich ganz großes Kino. Du bist für mich ein absoluter Fels in der Brandung in dieser stürmischen Zeit. Woher holst du dir diese Kraft, Goran? Was mich bewegt, was ich inzwischen als meine Superkraft bezeichne, ist tatsächlich die Leidenschaft und die Begeisterung. Ich nehme gerne Herausforderungen an, besonders dann, wenn sie nicht einfach erscheinen. Und oft auch dann, wenn ich noch gar nicht weiß, was mich erwartet. Ich gehe den Weg trotzdem, finde Lösungen und packe die Dinge an. Ich bin von Natur aus eher realistisch optimistisch unterwegs und überzeugt: Wenn man ein richtiger Macher ist, dann wird man auch zum Könner. Für mich gilt ganz klar: Der Weg ist das Ziel. Ich denke in Lösungen und nicht in Problemen. Genau deshalb packe ich die Dinge gerne an. Heute hört man immer nur Probleme, Probleme, Probleme. Wer in Lösungen denkt, ist eindeutig im Vorteil. Wie lange hast du schon diese Einstellung? Das hat sich mit meiner Reife entwickelt. Ehrgeizig war ich schon immer. Ich wollte immer hoch hinaus. Schon früh war für mich klar, dass ich beruflich nicht mein ganzes Leben auf der untersten Ebene verbringen will. Während meiner Ausbildung habe ich mich deshalb schnell nach oben orientiert und für mich entschieden: Ich möchte etwas erreichen. Schon im ersten Ausbildungsjahr durfte ich als Sachbearbeiter tätig sein, weil ich es mir zugetraut habe. Es gab eine Lücke, ich wurde gefragt und habe nur um Unterstützung bei Rückfragen gebeten. Mehr nicht. Genau daraus ist diese Haltung entstanden. So habe ich mich immer mehr zu einem Menschen entwickelt, der für Lösungsorientierung und Machertum steht. Hast du das schon in der Kindheit gespürt? Ja, der Ehrgeiz war immer da. Ich habe mir schon als Kind Ziele gesetzt. Beim Spiel, beim Sport, überall wollte ich mehr. Das zieht sich wie ein roter Faden durch mein Leben. Definitiv. Extrameile ist vielleicht mein zweiter Name. Mein Anspruchsdenken ist hoch. Das macht es im Alltag manchmal schwierig, weil nicht immer alle in dieser Liga mitspielen. Dann braucht es Empathie und Sensibilität, um Menschen mitzunehmen und sie zu motivieren, ebenfalls mehr zu geben. Du führst ja ein Team von über 40 Leuten. Ja, wir sind knapp über der 40er-Grenze. Und genau da liegt die Challenge: Es gibt ein paar wenige Leader und viele, die mehr Motivation brauchen. Wichtig ist, Menschen wertschätzend zu begegnen, ihnen zu zeigen, was man in ihnen sieht und was man ihnen zutraut. Dadurch wird oft ein innerer Motivator aktiviert. Absolut. Intrinsische Motivation ist ein ganz wichtiger Punkt. Wo findest du solche Teamleader? Das war eine riesige Herausforderung. Ich hatte zwei, drei Jahre, die ich fast als Durststrecke bezeichnen würde, mit vielen Hürden und auch Enttäuschungen. Aber daraus sind viele Learnings entstanden. Ich hatte ein klares Bild davon, wo ich hinwill und welche Menschen ich dafür brauche. Dann hatte ich das Glück, auf genau die richtigen Leute zu stoßen: Menschen mit Fachlichkeit, Kompetenz und Charakter. Mir war immer wichtig, dass es nicht nur fachlich passt, sondern auch menschlich. Ich wollte Menschen, die ihre Potenziale entfalten, sich einbringen und mit mir gemeinsam etwas aufbauen wollen. Dann kam auch das Empfehlungsgeschäft dazu und dadurch kamen weitere loyale, engagierte Leute. Viele schauen heute nicht nur aufs Geld. Sie wollen sich entfalten, Ideen einbringen und Teil von etwas Sinnvollem sein. Wow, das ist stark. Visionen, klare Ziele, Loyalität, genau das fehlt vielen Menschen. Ja, und diese Klarheit fehlt nicht nur im Beruf, sondern oft auch im Privatleben. Ich habe meinem Team immer beigebracht, sich zu fragen: Wo wollen wir hin? Was ist unser echtes Ziel? Und dann: Was hindert uns daran? Kann ich die Hürde überspringen, umgehen oder muss ich sie annehmen? Genau das ist wie beim Wasser in den Bergen. Es fließt immer weiter. Wenn eine Blockade kommt, dann sucht es sich einen neuen Weg. Es bleibt nicht stehen. Genau. So sollte es auch im Leben sein. Stillstand ist nicht förderlich. Wichtig sind Anpassungsfähigkeit und Resilienz. Gerade heute, wo wirtschaftliche und politische Umbrüche auf uns einwirken. Das Wasser sucht sich seinen Weg, es muss fließen. Genauso sollten wir Menschen in Bewegung bleiben und uns immer wieder neu ausrichten. Vielleicht nicht immer auf direktem Weg. Jau vidusskolēni, īpaši profesionālā mūzikas vidusskolā, saskaras ar salīdzinoši lielām dzīves izvēlēm un lielu slodzi, un darbiem. Tā ir aktuāla lieta, par kuru viņi paši daudz runā. Patiesībā man ļoti daudz nodarbību notiek ne tikai mācot diriģēšanu, bet runājot par jebko - to, kā psiholoģiski tikt galā ar diriģenta pienākumiem, atbildību, kādas ir sajūtas pie kolektīva un tā tālāk. Tas ir liels psiholoģiskais darbs, ne tikai profesionālais amats. Vai vienmēr ir atbildes uz jauniešu uzdotajiem jautājumiem? Vilhelms Vācietis: Nē. Tā lielākoties pārtop par diskusiju. Tas nav jautājumu un atbilžu vakars, tas vairāk ir par saprašanu, kas ir tā aktuālā lieta, sāpe, problēma, mēģināt iekāpt viņu kurpēs un saprast, kā tas varētu būt tajā vecumā, kā man pašam tas bija tajā vecumā, jo es jau to pašu ceļu esmu gājis - vai es par to domāju, vai man tas bija aktuāli. Tā ir diskusija, un bieži vien tie ir jautājumi bez atbildēm, bet pati diskusija ir svarīga, lai liktu domāt, un caur domāšanu kaut kad tā gala atbilde atnāks. Elīna, kāds no Latvijas Nacionālā simfoniskā orķestra puses bija galvenais aicinājums veidot koncertprogrammu, kuras priekšplānā ir iekšējā pasaule? Elīna Zeltiņa: Pagājušgad, kad domājām par šo sezonu un to, uz kādām tēmām fokusēties, mēs uzreiz nonācām pie tā, ka varētu runāt par vidi - par pilsētvidi tapa pirmais koncerts “Urbānā simfonija”. Tad mēs domājām: zaļā domāšana, vides problēmas un daba - tas būtu otrs, par ko domāt. Tad doma aizvirzījās pie cilvēka - nonācām pie idejas, ka būtu svarīgi arī ielūkoties pašiem sevī, ne tikai sev apkārt, un kas gan labāk var mums palīdzēt atklāt tās sajūtas un emocijas, kuras varbūt gribas apslāpēt vai ar kurām neizdodas tikt galā, kā mūzika, šī universālā valoda.
