Après la décision de l'Arcom, confirmée par le Conseil d'État mercredi 19 février, le retrait de leur fréquence TNT devrait acter la disparition prochaine des chaines de télévision C8 et NRJ12. Les espoirs de C8 et de NRJ12 se sont évanouis mercredi 19 février. Le Conseil d'État a rendu sa décision, défavorable, entraînant le retrait de leur fréquence TNT et donc la prochaine fin de leur diffusion, prévue le 28 février au soir, 20 ans après leur lancement. Une décision rare, mais pas sans précédent. C'est arrivé par deux fois en France, en 1987 avec la chaîne musicale TV6 et en 1992 avec l'arrêt de la Cinq. Le Conseil d'État a bien pesé les arguments de l'Arcom et des plaignants, les groupes Canal+ et NRJ. Et a donné raison au régulateur.Pour C8, la fréquence lui est retirée principalement à cause des manquements répétés de son animateur vedette Cyril Hanouna dans son émission Touche pas à mon poste, qui ont amené la chaîne à cumuler 7,6 millions d'euros d'amendes. Jeudi 20 février, ses insultes proférées en direct envers le député LFI Louis Boyard lui ont même valu 4 000 euros d'amende. Un incident déjà sanctionné par l'Arcom, le régulateur des médias, d'une amende de 3,5 millions d'euros, au nom de la non-maîtrise répétée de l'antenne. Mais ce n'est pas le seul facteur. La chaîne du milliardaire français Vincent Bolloré n'a jamais atteint l'équilibre et n'a donc pas fait la preuve de sa pérennité financière. NRJ12, une chaîne estimée « sans viabilité »C'est également le cas de l'autre chaîne plaignante, NRJ12, qui n'a pas su convaincre le régulateur quant à sa viabilité. Pour rappel, celle-ci n'a eu qu'un seul exercice bénéficiaire en 20 ans et ses audiences n'ont jamais vraiment réussi à décoller. Après avoir diffusé des émissions de téléréalité comme les Anges ou Allo Nabila, elle a parié sur les magazines de divertissement ou les séries américaines.Or l'Arcom lui a reproché l'omniprésence des rediffusions ou du téléachat à l'antenne, au détriment de ses obligations contractuelles. Elle paye ainsi un manque d'investissements dans les programmes. L'Arcom a préféré mettre fin à cette chaîne alors qu'il reste de la place sur la TNT, même en comptant les deux nouvelles attendues pour juin et septembre : T18, la chaîne de Daniel Kretinsky, et Ouest France TV sur le canal 19. Un avenir incertain pour Cyril HanounaLe sort de l'animateur vedette du groupe Canal+, largement décrié pour ses fresques répétées, reste inconnu. Le groupe M6 semble prêt à le recruter pour sa chaîne W9 et Fun Radio. À condition que celui-ci se limite au strict divertissement, peut-être saupoudré d'un peu de fait divers ou de politique, mais surtout sans attaques ad hominem.Seulement, selon Le Parisien, c'est de nouveau le groupe Canal+ qui tient la corde. Cela permettrait à Hanouna de faire la même émission sur la chaîne CStar et de rester sur Europe1. « Vincent, c'est ma famille », aurait dit l'animateur à propos de Vincent Bolloré. En tout cas, du RN aux Républicains, Laurent Wauquiez ou Bruno Retailleau, le soutien à Hanouna ou à C8 est très marqué à droite et à l'extrême droite.À écouter aussiDébat du jour: fallait-il déprogrammer les chaînes C8 et NRJ12 ?

Az interjúban szó esett a kezdetekröl, amikor még fordítóként tevékenykedett az egyebek mellett tanári diplomával rendelkezö Kabai, aki egy idöben szociális munkásként is dolgozott egy gyermekotthonban. A tanárbácsiból késöbb a Viasat csatornák szinkronért felelös fönöke lett, majd a TV6 indulásakor lehetösége nyílt arra, hogy beleszóljon a csatorna szerkesztésébe. A beszélgetésböl kiderül, hogyan váltott nevet a Viasat6, és hogyan lett a csatorna a pankráció hazai otthona, illetve, hogy milyen nehézségekbe ütköztek a Dragon Ball Z vásárlása kapcsán. Onnan a Chello Médiához igazolt, majd az AMC Networks-ös felvásárlást követöen kapott lehetöséget az AMC csatorna elindítására. Távozása, és egy év parkolópálya után került a Viacomhoz, ahol a Comedy Central csatornaigazgatója lett.Igaz, kezdetben kaptak érte hideget-meleget, végül a Tömény Történelemmel az igényes, magas költségvetésö tartalmak piacán is felírták magukat a térképre, és elhozták nekünk a világ egyik legörültebb, legzseniálisabb rajzfilmsorozatát, a Rick és Morty-t, ami egyben Kabai személyes ügye is volt. A rajongóknak viszont kezdetben nem igazán tetszett a magyar változat! Többen a Ricket szinkronizáló Háda Jánost kritizálták. Ennek kapcsán nyertünk betekintést a szinkronkészítésbe, és gyözödhettünk meg a hangcastingok fontosságáról. De szó esett egy csapatépítöröl is, amikor a South Park egyik epizódját szinkronizálta újra a Comedy Central csapata.Az élöszereplös Family Guy föcím promón túl egyéb saját gyártásról is szó esett, mint a Kovács András Péter és Janklovics Péter nevével fémjelzett Mélyvíz, melyböl hamarosan új évad érkezik, és az is kiderült, hogy hosszútávon tervez-e a csatorna a SzkiTon Rövideket készítö csapattal.Mindezeken felül egyebek mellett beszélgettünk még a stand-upról, a Comedy Central lehetöségeiröl és következö lépéseiröl, a regionális és a nemzetközi piacról, a huszonnégy órán belüli sugárzásról, a fogyasztói és tartalomgyártási szokások megváltozásáról, a televízió jövöjéröl, a Star Trekröl, és arról, hogy milyen az élet a Viacomban. Mission encre noire Tome 21 Chapitre 268 Les Tricoteuses de Marie Saur paru en 2017 aux éditions Héliotrope Collection Noir. Un jour de Juin, Daniel Hurteloup se retrouve libre. Au petit matin, il est accueilli par sa soeur à sa sortie de la prison d'Orsainville. Tombé pour une sombre histoire de drogue, il rencontre, accoudé au bar d'un hôtel chic de Québec, Patricia Fortin Rousseau, riche héritière en puissance d'un empire industriel, de média et de communication. La soirée est bien arrosée, trop sans nul doute. Daniel raccompagne Patricia chez elle. Une job de gardien de nuit lui est offert chez TV6 en guise de remerciement ou de cadeau empoisonné? Patricia est retrouvée pendue dans un studio de sa propre société. Daniel est-il né sous une mauvaise étoile ? Il devient trop facilement le suspect idéal. Sous couvert d'un polar de facture assez classique, Marie Saur, nous offre un premier roman, qui conjugue un art consommé de la mise en scène, une excellente maîtrise de la rengaine polar et un regard féministe sur le genre. Nous recevons l'autrice pour en parler à Mission encre noire. Un livre qui a déjà été présenté dans l'épisode 265 de Mission encre noire le 14 novembre dernier. Généreuse, Naomi Fontaine nous raconte Manikanetish, la lutte et l'espoir. Indispensable. Extrait:«Nous avons parcouru un peu plus de cent cinquante milles vers le nord, en partant de Sept-Îles, sur un chemin de fer sinueux qui passait à travers les montagnes, au-dessus des rivières. Alors qu'il fait - 20 degré, avec un ressenti de - 40, le vent semble d'accord pour leur casser la gueule, Caryl Férey et son compagnon de voyage contemplent le bleu de la nuit sur les toits de la ville la plus pourrie du monde: Norilsk en Sibérie, située au-dessus du cercle polaire, une cité minière, la plus polluante de la planète. Séduit par le discours enjôleur de deux éditrices, en terrasse à Paris, l'écrivain décide d'embarquer dans ce périple de tous les dangers, l'un de ses personnages principaux de roman et vrai pôte dans la vie: La bête. En route pour l'extrème laideur ! Les deux compagnons s'embringuent pour un paysage de Blade runner déglingué, pourtant leur traque du pire se découvre moins sévère qu'il n'y paraît. Bourré d'anecdotes tordantes, accompagnées d'un style rock et contondant, la lecture de Norilsk est un réel plaisir, ne serait-ce que pour se faire bardasser quelques clichés. Extrait:«Poursuivant les recherches sur Internet, on apprend que, une fois sorti du centre à l'imposante architecture stalinienne, ce ne sont que barres de béton, avec, en guise de paysage, un dédale de tuyaux surélevés sur fonds d'immenses cheminées de hauts-fourneaux.
