Before joining Bellwether, Juliet worked at the New Jersey Department of Education, where she oversaw the state's Race to the Top program and developed strategies for advancing technology-driven innovation. She previously managed school board relationships and new school development for National Heritage Academies.
Chris “Citizen” Stewart is an education activist, writer, speaker, podcaster, and influencer focusing on elevating the policies and practices that show the most promise for ensuring children thrive. He has had the privilege to be the Chief Influencer at brightbeam, a digital advocacy team that amplifies grassroots voices through Ed Post and other digital platforms. He was the founding executive of the African American Leadership Forum, an intergenerational agenda-setting network of Black leaders across several states, which also connected me with accomplished mentors and advisors. Ben Bajarin is a great friend, a parent, and a great chef who introduced me to ChatGPT a couple weeks ago. In this conversation I wanted Ben's thoughts on this transformative technology and how we might reframe our thinking about how to best use and steward this technology. Ben has been with Creative Strategies, inc since 2000. He covers consumer technology, personal computing devices, semiconductors, investments, and business strategy. His research has focused on the relationship between humans and technology, seeking to understand what drives their behavior with products and services. He joined Creative Strategies after spending time at Cypress Semiconductor and then founding two startups in the late '90s.
