Hey ladies... I know it feels like such a struggle to be more confident with your body. You're feeling overwhelmed by the world's answers to weight loss and diet culture, and you feel like you're not "good enough" with where you're at. You're a mom now, and it's hard to make time for yourself. You know you should just be happy with how you look, but why can't you get there? You're constantly searching for answers, you've tried so many different diets, and you just want to throw in the towel because no matter what you try, nothing seems to set you free from this obsession and feeling that you are not worthy. You're tired of feeling like you just can't love yourself with where you're at. Hi, I'm Kristin, and I believe that you can find body confidence and food freedom forever by digging into His Word and rewriting the lies that are imbedded so deeply within us. The lies that have kept us stuck, kept us from loving ourselves and kept us from the true freedom to thrive in our everyday lives, marriages, and even our motherhood. I'm here to show you that you can live a life free of diets, cleanses, restriction, the scale, comparison, and hating what you see in the mirror... because you , my friend, are crafted of Pink Clay. God has created you with His own hands. You are literally a masterpiece...a piece of the master... and it's time that we remember that and get back into The Word and loving ourselves just as God has created us to be. It's time to cultivate confidence through Christ so that we can finally eat free and live free!

How can we tackle parenting without fear in a broken world? Everywhere we turn there is something we want to shield our children (and ourselves) from!  From the big things like sex trafficking, kidnappings, racial tension, political seperation, violence, and hostility.  To the everyday things like falling off their bike or having their feelings hurt.   Parenting can be tough and we want to protect our children but we also know we can’t wrap them in bubble tape and shield them from the world.  God calls us to be the salt and the light of the earth.  We aren’t to hide and feel as if the devil has won and evil is everywhere.  We are to walk boldly in faith and remember that God is the King of the world and has overcome it all.   In this world we WILL have trouble but thankfully…HEAVEN is our home!   In today’s episode I share a very personal story that I really hesitated to share because it involves my daughter and a situation she witnessed that honestly, I’d rather forget!   But I believe there is power in sharing our stories and experiences!  We can learn from one another and that is why I decided to share this story and the lessons I learned about walking in faith as a parent!   I can’t wait for you to hear this episode and would love for you to come share your thoughts with me over on Instagram!  Screen shot the episode or talk about your favorite part and share it to your stories!
