Hey everyone! This week is part one of our introductions to the bands that are going to be apart of our upcoming compilation Underground Outlet Volume 2: Midwest Unrest! It's been TWO LONG YEARS. TWO. We are back! Its crazy how much time can slip by if you're not paying attention to whats going on around you! In this episode I briefly talk about where I've been the last 2 years. All the various different treats and tribulations that life has thrown my way to deter my focus on the podcast. What is going on everybody! This week I piggyback on how I first discovered Machine Head and Dope by talking about how much Roadrunner United: The All-Star Sessions opened my eyes to an abundance of bands. That got me to thinking... Major movie soundtracks introduced me to a plethora of bands as well. Anyone remember the old MTV2 Headbanger's Ball compilations they released in the early 00's? I left those on repeat because that was the only way I could listen to a lot of my favorite bands. Good times!  This week we got some serious heavy hitters to play some tracks on the podcast!
