In this episode, we have the pleasure of hosting the CEO of Phantom CNC Systems, Steven Wallace.  Steven is a straight shooter, a man on a mission.  We start with a short intro covering Steven's Time in service and what led him to the creation of Phantom CNC.  We think you will be surprised to discover some industry secrets that distinguish Phantom from other companies.  We cover business philosophy and how this correlates to Phantom's overall mission.  We cover technologies and the future of the CNC market.  Phantom CNC Systems is a small company, but they are making waves in the industry, forcing other companies to adjust or get out of the way, especially in the Small business market.  We cover content creation and social media, how to utilize it, and what to prepare for.   How close is everyone to having the ability to operate a CNC? Pretty darn close.  Steven covers a feature on their CNC that others don't have; will it eliminate clamping?  Where Phantom CNC got its name.   No money in 3D carving.  We cover CAD and CAM software.  Sarge is shopping for a CNC.  Steve talks about interning Veterans and training customers.   Are they using CNCs to work concrete?  There is a lot more covered on the show, so that I won't give it away here. Just go ahead and listen!  Guest Host:Steven Wallace, CEO  of Phantom CNC Systemssteve@phantomcncsystems.comhttps://phantomcncsytems.com IG:@phantom_cnc_systemYouTube:  https://youtu.be/lp70_-KukFAHost: Jeff "Sarge"  Schinabeck https://sergeantmaker.comIG:  @sergeantmakerYouTube: https://youtube.com/shorts/95GKS0CgzBI?feature=shareTIKTOK: @sergeantmakerJeff "Flash" Strawn IG: @flashpointwoodworkChris Harpster IG: BenchtopwoodworksHttps://benchtopwoodworks.comYouTube:  https://www.youtube.com/c/ChristopherHarpsterIf you like the show and find value in it, please consider donating through Patreon.  This podcast, like all others, takes time and money, and we appreciate the gratitude of each of our Patrons.  If you don't become a patron, we ask you please spread the word and encourage others to give us a listen.  You can also follow us on IG @themilitarymakers.https://patreon.com/themilitarymakersThank you to all that listened and downloaded the show.  Please leave a review.
