I know how hard it is to untangle exercise from body image goals, but here I share how I have managed to do that, finding and ALLOWING myself to choose movement that I enjoy.I share my top tips on how you can bring in more joyful movement into your life, breaking free from the clutches of fitness culture.I recorded this after going for an impromptu evening run, which had filled me with so much joy because this movement wasn't planned or part of a fitness programme that I ‘had' to do; it was totally intuitive and was what my body was craving. It's been one month and what a journey it's been. A proper rollercoaster of riding the waves, and yes it's been rough but surprisingly (to me) there has also been a lot of good, and I feel really quite well.
