Ako Rahim, den oslagbare svenske Athletic Fitness-mästaren, kommer till radion för att berätta om sina sista förberedelser inför VM. Hör honom prata om tömningen, om den kommande duellen mot Kristian Sewén och om sin tid som gladiatorn Toro.
I BODY Radios längsta avsnitt någonsin berättar Kristian Sewén om sin ambitiösa satsning mot att tävla i SM i Athletic Fitness och SM i Klassisk Styrkelyft – med en veckas mellanrum. Det pratas också proteinpannkakor, krånglade hamstrings och radioansikten.
BODY Radio gästas denna vecka av den obestridda drottningen av chins och dips, Helena Forsén, som precis slog till med 80 chins på träning. Helena berättar om sin satsning mot SM i Athletic Fitness, om hur hon tränar för att slå alla – inklusive killarna – på chins och dips, och om varför brandkåren i Ljungby är glada att hon flyttat till Västerås.
Denna vecka blir det inte en tyst stund på BODY Radio när Alex och Andreas gästas av Mikael Hollsten, Athletic Fitness-virtuosen bakom bloggen aldrigvila.se, som numera även är känd som gladiatorn Prime. Micke förklarar varför vilodagar gör honom kallsvettig, hur det är att veta att konkurrenten och polaren Ako Rahim alltid göra det lilla extra, och hur Roddys mobbning nu tvingat Micke att inleda en massabyggarperiod.
