Han driver Grenland CrossFit, jobber som PT og coach, og deler sin erfaring og lidenskap for trening videre til andre. Som vanlig har vi løftet rundt på avfallsposer på Brann stadion i den sirkulære økonomiens tjeneste, og da kan man kjenne ordentlig på hvor krevende det sirkulære skiftet er. Og det trengs mange og mangfoldige tiltak og virkemidler for å lykkes med overgangen til den sirkulære økonomien. Derfor tar vi en prat om "Ikke rett fram" - rapporten til ekspertgruppen for sirkulærøkonomi som har lagt frem sine anbefalinger. Vi snakker om hovedtrekkene i rapporten og de konkrete anbefalingene både for økonomien i det store og i de sektorspesifikke anbefalingene. Vi snakker om tiltak som kan redusere overforbruk og tiltak som kan ansvarliggjøre produsentene. Vi trekker linjer til utviklingstrekkene i EU og snakker om målrettet medisin og målrettede tiltak. Lars Jacob har ikke Milton Friedman på nattbordet men er en økonomiromantiker, Sveinung løfter noen store sekker som skal sendes til Infinitum, vi drar nesten på løpetur og peker tilbake til samtalen vår med Ingrid Mørk om bærekraft i staten. Jörundur Áki Sveinsson, yfirmaður fótboltamála hjá KSÍ, er gestur í útvarpsþættinum þessa vikuna. Elvar Geir og Benedikt Bóas taka á móti Jörundi í hljóðveri. Þjálfaramál landsliðsins urðu endanlega ljós í vikunni þegar Arnar Gunnlaugsson var ráðinn landsliðsþjálfari. Rætt er við Jörund um ráðninguna og það sem framundan er hjá KSÍ. Þá er farið yfir fréttir vikunnar með Baldvini Borgars. Freyr skrifaði undir hjá Brann, Sölvi er að taka við Víkingi og það eru einhverjar hreyfingar á leikmannamarkaðnum hér heima.

Freyr Alexandersson er tekinn við sem þjálfari Brann í Noregi og hann stefnir á að hjálpa liðinu að vinna sinn fyrsta meistaratitil síðan 2007 þegar þrír Íslendingar léku með liðinu. Það er gríðarlegur áhugi á Brann í borginni Bergen og hefur Freyr aldrei kynnst annarri eins fjölmiðlaathygli eins og síðustu daga. Hann gaf Fótbolta.net hálftíma í dag til að fara yfir nýja starfið. Freyr var líka inn í myndinni hjá KSÍ varðandi landsliðsþjálfarastarf Íslands en í viðtalinu hér að ofan ræðir Freyr jafnframt um dagana áður en hann tók við Brann.
