She believes in each woman's right to choose what works best for her and for her family. Her goal is to give women the tools to help them feel their best at every stage, phase, and transition in life. Krista has a husband, three children and a dog, and lives near the lakes in southwest Minneapolis. She enjoys running, yoga, paddle boarding, cooking, adventure, and travel. Our conversation today dives right into the heart of women and teen health issues including night sweats, teen sexual health, sex in general, perimenopause and hormones.
