Chimichurri UruguaioEste molho serve para dar sabor e aroma para diversos pratos e alimentos, como o churrasco, legumes, filés de frango e de carne, porco, peixes e frutos do mar, ovo mexido, molho de salada, pão, batatas e muito mais!Ingredientes1/2 copo de azeite de oliva4 dentes de alho (se preferir mais suave, basta usar menos)1/2 copo de salsinha picada2 colheres de chá de orégano (se tiver fresco, melhor)2 colheres sopa de vinagreSal a gostoPimenta a gostoPreparo1- Picar o alho e a salsa bem pequenos (pode ser no processador) ou usar um pilão para triturar o alho.2- Misture com os demais ingredientes.
