It's hard to know how to navigate the rough waters in the moment because you're tossed all around. But for me, right after that tumultuous moment, I got really clear on where we were going. Suzanne Thöene nodigde me een paar weken geleden als gaste uit voor haar podcast serie VAN STAD NAAR LAND. We spraken samen over hoe groot de invloed is van jouw omgeving op jezelf, op je gezin, op je werk. Letterlijk & figuurlijk. Dit openhartige gesprek zette ook mij opnieuw aan het denken over waar ik woon en in hoeverre die plek recht doet aan wie ik ben en wat mijn gezin nodig heeft. Het leek me daarom niet meer dan passend om deze aflevering ook toe te voegen aan de TRUECOLOR TALKS serie! Benieuwd hoe het met jou & jouw omgeving staat.

Al een tijdje stond onze afspraak op de planning. Maar zoals dat gaat met twee sterrenstof dames was het niet voor niets dat de eerdere momenten niet doorgingen en we dit gesprek op 12-12 om 12 uur moesten voeren en jij het net voor het nieuwe jaar kunt beluisteren. Inmiddels begint ze een beetje een vriend van de show te worden. Carolien van de Kamp. Op veler verzoek (want lekker die stierenenergie!)gingen we opnieuw samen in gesprek. Deze keer over het verschil tussen het vullen van jouw 'magic bullet' (jouw bedrijf, de boodschap die je probeert over te brengen en het product wat je wil verkopen) en het af blijven schieten van losse flodders en lege hulzen.

Na 28 afleveringen was het DE HOOGSTE tijd voor een mannelijke gast in de studio. En niet zomaar een gast. Juriaan Galavazi is holistisch huisarts en coach en voor het grotere publiek beter bekend als Dokter Juriaan. Eind 2019 kwam zijn boek van Klacht naar Kans uit en regelmatig staat hij in het theater om colleges te geven over hetzelfde thema. Ik ging met hem in gesprek over hoe ons lijf en onze klachten ons eigenlijk iets proberen te vertellen, hoe waardevol ongemak & weerstand eigenlijk zijn en waarom uit de bocht vliegen juist een heel succesvol moment is.

Durf jij je schuldig te maken? Een dader te zijn? Niet naar dat familiediner, (kerst)feest of die verjaardag ook al stel je daarmee teleur. Nee zeggen ook al zeggen alle anderen ja. Iets beëindigen ook al doe je daarmee pijn... Het antwoord daarop is voor velen van ons steeds vaker: Ja. Moeilijk. Maar Ja. Dat doe ik inmiddels wel. Ik geef mijn grenzen aan. Ik durf steeds meer en steeds vaker te kiezen voor wat goed is voor mij. De vraag die er dan alleen wel overblijft is: en lukt het je dan ook om dat vervolgens te dragen? Om écht te blijven zitten met je schuld? Wat dat betekent en waarom de meesten van ons dat dus (nog) niet blijken te doen vertel ik je in deze Truecolor Talks aflevering!

Na alle sterrenstof is het de hoogste tijd om weer wat stierenenergie in de mix te brengen. En dat doen we uiteraard met onze truecolor taurus friend in business: Carolien van de Kamp. Een gesprek over SISTERHOOD met als belangrijkste vraag: is dat wat wij nu met elkaar onder die noemer laten vallen wel écht sisterhood? Of hebben we - met name als vrouwen - alsnog wel wat stappen te zetten in het afleren van 'schoolplein' gedrag en het mogen toevoegen van wat mannelijke energie aan de vrouwelijke? We praten over hoe er zoveel meer begeleiding is dan we ons vaak realiseren, hoe we allemaal veel meer in contact kunnen komen met ons spirit team en de geruststelling die we daaruit kunnen halen. Het werd een mooi geïnspireerd truecolor gesprek tussen twee mensen die op zielsniveau lang geleden een afspraak hebben gemaakt de krachten te bundelen.

In een eerdere aflevering raakte ik het al even aan: spirituele wetten in de praktijk. Hoe kunnen we alle mooie Universele 'spirituele' wetten & wijsheden toepassen in het hier & nu. In ons aardse bestaan. En waarom is het zo belangrijk om dat wat we weten en kunnen te delen met anderen. Niet te denken: "een ander weet hier veel meer van of juist iedereen weet dit al, never mind", maar juist te kijken naar hoe jij wél je plek kunt innemen binnen het veld van jouw keuze. In deze aflevering neem ik je mee in een voor mij belangrijk onderwerp. Een onderwerp waarover ik hoog nodig mijn plek in te nemen had. We gaan werken met energie!

In deze aflevering kun je verder luisteren naar mijn gesprek met Toky Janssen over ‘de saboteur in jezelf’. We praten verder over het superego, al je interne stemmetjes die je tegenhouden om te zijn wie je écht bent. Je saboteren…We belichten nog wat meer stemmen en vertellen je hoe je kunt gaan ervaren dat er in al deze saboteurs ook wat goeds schuilt. Door te durven kijken naar de pijn én het verlangen achter deze bodyguards kom je bij een authentiek pareltje van jezelf waarmee je het contact ooit bent kwijtgeraakt.

In de komende twee afleveringen ga ik in gesprek met Toky Janssen met als thema 'afrekenen met de saboteur in jezelf'. Hoe herken je haar en hoe zorg je ervoor dat je onder al deze bescherming (weer) kunt voelen wie je werkelijk bent en wat jouw verlangen is in dit leven. Soul Level. In dit eerste deel spreken we samen over welke drie elementen je als mens in de basis nodig hebt om je volle potentie te kunnen leven én dat spanning geen reden is om te stoppen en niet tevoorschijn te komen met iets wat je heel graag wilt!

Roos Schlikker is schrijver, gevierd columnist & scenarist. Ze komt regelmatig voorbij op TV o.a. als tafeldame bij DWDD en PAUW, vond het te leuk om mee te doen aan wie is de mol en schreef maar liefst 6 boeken. Voor mij heeft ze een lijntje met boven als het over schrijven gaat. Haar ongelofelijke gave om kwetsbaarheid met kracht te verbinden in tekst en met een haarscherpe blik én pen te benoemen wat niet iedereen durft maar wat wel schuil gaat onder/achter zoveel onderwerpen en situaties, inspireert me enorm. Een mooi gesprek over truecolors, moedige mensen en de wens om never ever onverschillig te worden!
