Yesterday was the annual D23 Disney fan convention and Marvel and Lucasfilm showed up with the goods. First was the announcement of the initial cast of the new X-Men movie, which had both confirmations of rumors and surprising additions. Then we got the trailer for Visionquest, the upcoming Marvel TV series that closes out the trilogy begun by Wandavision and Agatha All Along. There's a new Doomsday "special look," and we're sorry to report it is largely set in The Brown. In better visual news, Ahsoka season 2 looks action-packed, big and fun - especially because we get Force witches shooting magic arrows. And finally the first teaser for Star Wars: Starfighter debuted, and for some reason they let everyone in the audience record it on their phones but did not release it in good quality. However, that doesn't mean we won't be getting anything!   So here are my predictions for what could be revealed for Disney+ during the Entertainment Showcase panel.

A hallmark of what has made Disney a world-class organization is its attention to its customers—and especially to return customers. They of course refer to them as guests in their parks, which is a sign that this commitment on Disney's park is intentional and is more about relationships than it is about transactions. But there's a lot more intentional effort made when creating guest or customer loyalty. And it's important too, because loyal fans made purchasing decisions that are powerful to any one's bottom line.  New announcements have been made about Disney's Lakeshore Lodge located on Bay Lake. And at the same time preparations are being made for next week's big D23 event. Both showcase how impactful guest Disney loyalty is, how it and other world-class organizations benefit long term financially, but how any organization could benefit by creating greater customer loyalty.
