With the Candlelight Processional happening soon, it needed to be complete for the setup that features that station as a stage and backdrop. Passenger 38: Forty-one-year veteran of Walt Disney Imagineering who has overseen design, engineering, production, construction and project management of Disney parks and resorts all over the world, Craig Russell.   Craig Russell joined WED Enterprises in 1980 as a project coordinator on Tokyo Disneyland. After a brief stint with Sequoia Creative and the 1984 LA Olympics, he returned to oversee project engineering of the Disney-MGM Studios Theme Park and design management of Tokyo Disney Sea. He later ran a number of divisions before spending nine years co-leading WDI as Design and Project Delivery Executive. Craig returned to project management for the completion of Shanghai Disneyland, as well as Star Wars Galaxy's Edge before managing all projects in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Shanghai. This is your Disney News for today. - Marvel ride coming to Hong Kong Disneyland, likely Avengers Quinjet E-ticket in Tomorrowland's Stark Expo with a secret IP overlay for an existing attraction. - Disney Adventure ship to homeport in Singapore starting 2025, featuring Marvel, Pixar, and Disney-themed areas like Marvel Landing and Toy Story Place with 3- and 4-night cruises. - Zootopia exhibit opens at EPCOT's World Showcase in the China Pavilion, showcasing Shanghai Disneyland's Zootopia Land, in anticipation of Zootopia 2's release in November 2025. - Tokyo Disney Resort Toy Story Hotel offers a playful experience with themed rooms and buffet, conveniently located near the resort line. With possible approval for the Disneyland Forward initiative coming in May, Disneyland could be expanding its borders within the next decade. What kinds of stories, attractions, and lands would you want to see come to Disneyland? Here are some of the ideas Disney has presented as possibilities. Arendell Visiting Arendell is possible in three Disney Parks currently. Is it something you would want to be in Disneyland? Rapunzel's Forest Fantasy Springs at Tokyo Disney will include Rapunzel's Forest when it opens in June. Should this be in the plans for Disneyland? Peter Pan's Neverland Fantasy Springs will also include Peter Pan's Neverland. Would you want to be able to visit this at Disneyland? Wakanda Recreating Wakanda has made the list of possibilities. Would this be something you would want to experience at Disneyland? Avatar You can experience Avatar in Walt Disney World. I will tell you about the trip, and the story and the process of obtaining a Chinese Visa. I am so excited to see China and experience the culture, food, and historic sites. Two of the other sites include Hong Kong and Shanghai Disneyland parks. Four years ago, orchestrator and composer Jeff Kryka joined Notably Disney to discuss his incredible score for The Imagineering Story, the 6-part documentary series on Disney+, as well as his early career in the music industry and often collaborating with famed composer Michael Giacchino. In the years since Jeff has orchestrated a number of films and series for The Walt Disney Company, from Marvel Studios' Spider-Man: No Way Home and Thor: Love and Thunder to Pixar's Lightyear and Disney's Hocus Pocus 2. Additionally his orchestrations have been heard in the Disney theme parks and via live-to-picture concerts. Destination D23 took place at Walt Disney World September 8-10, 2023.
