We talk about what got her to finally decide now was the time to venture beyond the theme parks and sail with DCL! Then, we hear about the planning and embarkation at Port Everglades! We discuss the rotational dining experience, both Palo dinner and Brunch, lots of character interaction (including her husband becoming "cruise famous!), lots of beverage tastings/seminars onboard, and much more! James, Rocco and Darragha are back after a beautiful Friday night at Elland Road as Leeds United beat Burnley 3-1 to move up to 14th and on to 43 points - the kind of total that's never seen a Premier League side relegated. Anton Stach opened the scoring with a stunning left-footed strike from outside the box (his fourth goal from range this season), Dominic Calvert-Lewin's outrageous back-heel set up Noah Okafor for a glorious Bogle assist, and DCL bundled in his 13th of the season to put the game beyond Mike Jackson's interim Burnley side. We break down the perfect Stach goal in slow motion, debate whether Calvert-Lewin is now Rocco's favourite striker since Tony Yeboah, and reflect on the form run since the Manchester City defeat - 12 points from 21, including the win at Old Trafford and the Wembley FA Cup semi-final alongside it. There's full appreciation of Daniel Farke's elite-level Premier League management, a debate about the referee, and a look at how Leeds have quietly become one of the best-organised sides in the league. Then it's on to Tottenham away on Monday 11th May, with the small matter of Spurs being in the relegation zone, on their third manager of the season under Roberto De Zerbi, and missing roughly half their squad to injury (Simons, Solanke, Kudus, Odobert, Kulusevski, Romero, Vicario, Maddison and more). Plus: the man who lost his watch in the stand, Michael Jackson on the tannoy at full-time, Dara's surprise summer transfer pick to bring back to Elland Road, and why this Leeds squad genuinely wants to be here. 00:00 Welcome and Bass & Bligh 02:07 Reaction to a beautiful night at Elland Road 06:27 Stach's stunning opener 10:19 DCL's back-heel and Okafor's finish 15:11 Calvert-Lewin appreciation 19:14 The third goal and Farke's "43 points" line 23:23 The watch, Michael Jackson and a full moon 27:01 Struijk's error and the referee debate 30:37 Spurs preview: the injury apocalypse 34:05 Summer ahead and Farke is elite 39:24 Dara's curveball: bring Rutter back 42:11 Final thoughts and sign-off
Spring break on a brand new Disney Cruise Line ship sounds like pure pixie dust, until you realize everyone else had the exact same idea. We sit down with our returning guest Amy, a proud DCL veteran, to hear what it's really like sailing the Disney Destiny during peak season with a five year old who lives for Marvel heroes, big character moments, and nonstop kid club time.We dig into the full Disney Destiny review: the five night itinerary with a stop at Cozumel (and why staying onboard can be the right call), plus a Castaway Cay day that still proves why Disney's private island is many cruisers' happy place. Amy shares the practical details that matter when you're planning a Disney cruise, from the family veranda stateroom setup and surprise fireworks views to how sea days feel on a Wish class ship packed with activities like Uncharted Adventure. Then we get candid about the tradeoffs of a spring break cruise. We talk Hercules hype, what worked brilliantly, and what felt like a production still smoothing out timing and tech. We also unpack crowd pressure, long lines for villains like Dr. Facilier, and the kind of seat saving chaos that can make a premium vacation feel stressful. On the brighter side, we cover rotational dining (Pride Lands, Marvel, 1923), the Haunted Mansion Parlor as a next level themed bar, and why the Rainforest Room pass can be the best money you spend onboard. If you enjoy honest trip reports and Disney Cruise Line planning tips, subscribe, share the show with a friend, and leave a rating and review so more Disney fans can find us. Chelsea interim boss Calum McFarlane speaks after their win over Leeds in the FA Cup. He was full of praise for Enzo Fernandez. -TIMESTAMPS- 0:00 intro 0:10 It was important to break the momentum we were in. 0:34 We want to win every game for the fans. We want to win every single game and every competition. 1:09 Fernandez does well at the back post. He's a winner and massive for this group. He can do a bit of everything. 2:00 Enzo has changed position a lot but he is such a threat in the box. 2:39 We haven't even looked at the Brighton performance we have solely focused on Leeds. 3:11 I used Sanchez injury to talk to the players, not aware of ruckus. 3:48 I am very aware I am the interim coach and made Enzo captain as he is the vice. 4:29 One result can change the run, we wanted to shift the momentum in the group 5:00 It felt normal to reach FA Cup final. Unbelievable experience for me. 5:37 Of course we have a chance of winning the trophy. 6:03 Picking Tosin was a difficult position because of DCL's threat. I fully trust Hato and Fofana. @HaytersTV – Football Up Close. Leeds United are heading to Dublin's iconic Croke Park to face Manchester United this summer - and we discuss the incredible historical significance of this fixture for Irish and English football. Plus, we preview Sunday's huge FA Cup quarter-final against West Ham at the London Stadium as Leeds chase a first semi-final since 1987. Dominic Calvert-Lewin is rated doubtful with a hamstring complaint after his England recall, Gabriel Gudmundsson helped Sweden qualify for the World Cup in dramatic fashion, and we ask whether Spurs are heading for relegation after appointing Roberto De Zerbi as their third manager of the season. Rocco also tells us about watching Bielsa's murderball at Uruguay training and getting three iconic words from Marcelo himself. All that plus the 419-minute goal drought, team selection debates, and why we'd take the FA Cup over staying up.

The Disney Treasure looks like the future of Disney Cruise Line, but it doesn't always move like the ships you already know. We sit down with Caleb and Caitlyn from Market House Podcast to unpack their first Wish-class sailing on the Treasure, plus the real-world challenge of doing it with a toddler who wants to walk everywhere, meet every character, and stay up for Pirate Night. We get into the big contrasts: the breathtaking Grand Hall design, the crowd flow frustrations that show up when elevators and bottlenecks meet dinner traffic, and why a seven-night Eastern Caribbean itinerary can feel more relaxed even when the ship is packed with kids. They share what's worth prioritizing on board, from sail away and the pirate deck parties to evening stage shows like Seize the Adventure, Beauty and the Beast, and Tale of Moana (including how hype can change your experience). Then we hit the memory-makers: Haunted Mansion Parlor's next-level theming, character interactions that feel more personal when lines stay open for the full scheduled window, and the Castaway Cay cabana waitlist call that turned an already great day into a “never going back to normal” moment. We also talk Disney Cruise Line dining on the Treasure, Festival of Foods, table placement noise at Coco, and practical tips for gluten free cruising and celiac-friendly options. If you're debating Disney Treasure vs Fantasy, Wonder, Dream, or other DCL ships, this conversation helps you choose based on budget, travel style, and where your family is right now. Our guest on this week's episode is Mark Becker, CEO of G10 Fulfillment. We have all heard the stories about the fire risks of lithium-ion batteries – for instance, you can't put them in your checked luggage on a flight or use portable power-bank batteries inside an airplane cabin. Of course, larger industrial batteries used in forklifts and mobile robotic systems are built to much better specifications than many consumer batteries, but how can we assure they are safe? Ben Ames talks with this week's guest about best practices for shipping, storing, and fulfillment of lithium-ion batteries. The modern workplace is changing amid widespread adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) and ongoing economic uncertainty—issues we've been talking about quite frequently on the podcast. New information on this topic from staffing and recruitment agency Randstad USA emphasizes the “AI anxiety” piece and is in line with other recent research that raises some pretty big questions about where we're headed. Victoria Kickham shares the details. There is a lot of logistics effort required to build the physical machinery that makes AI work. We're talking about buildings and pipes and wires and chips and servers. The companies that build these data centers — called hyperscalers — are spending a ton of money in a race for market share. The latest Goldman Sachs report upgraded the estimate for 2026 spending on those projects from $465 billion $527 billion. This week DHL announced a “significant expansion” of its North America data center logistics (DCL) infrastructure with 10 dedicated warehouse sites totaling more than seven million square feet of capacity set to go live in 2026. Leeds United bounce back from the Arsenal humiliation with a dominant 3-1 win over Nottingham Forest at Elland Road. James, Dara and Rocco react to Ilia Gruev's record-breaking two-assist masterclass, Farke's tactical homework targeting Forest's makeshift defence, DCL hitting double figures (and kicking Gruev in the face), Okafor ending his drought, Pizza Crouch's debut header, Buonanotte's squad omission, and Leeds moving level on points with a spiralling Spurs. Nine points clear of the drop. Friday night fortress intact. Send us a textThe Mickeyphile Podcast — Episode 241: Disneyland at 70: Disneyland Hotel and “Same but Different” RidesWe're back with another chapter in our ongoing celebration of Disneyland's 70th Birthday—because after five nights, endless snacks, and enough California rain to qualify as a water feature, clearly we weren't done yet.In this episode, we dive deeper into our stay at the historic Disneyland Hotel, where nostalgia reigns supreme and the carpet patterns are… a bold artistic statement. We also revisit our attempts to enjoy nighttime entertainment that was, once again, completely drenched. Magical? Yes. Dry? Absolutely not.We continue our quest for the full 70th Key and MagicBand+ activities, also known as “collect them all even though our feet are staging a protest.” From charming classics like Alice in Wonderland and Snow White's Enchanted Wish, to the “same but different” versions of our Walt Disney World favorites—Pirates of the Caribbean, Tiana's Bayou Adventure, and Peter Pan's Flight—we break down what surprised us, what confused us, and what made us question our internal theme-park GPS.Plus, we sprinkle in updates about the Holidays at Walt Disney World and a few other bits of Disney news that caught our eye this week. All that—and whatever else we manage to get distracted by—on Episode 241 of The Mickeyphile Podcast. Hyperion Adventures Podcast: Everything Disney for Every Fan
This week, we're rejoined on the show by some of our favorite people. They're huge Disney fans and, recently, they had the opportunity to experience something they've never done before; a Disney Cruise. Better yet, it was aboard a ship we haven't had the chance to sail aboard, yet. So, we thought we'd talk with them all about it as we Search For Disney Treasure with The Cotton Family. Jonathan, Camille & Lorelai discuss their impressions of the ship and share what they took away from their first opportunity to sail with Captains Mickey & Minnie. Find their thoughts and if it will be the first of many trips on the shimmering seas with DCL. Be sure to check out Camille's Castle Bound and Down Etsy Shop. Disney Stories of the Week Once we complete our time Searching for Disney Treasure with The Cotton Family, it's time for the Disney Stories of the Week. In this episode, we share the exciting news about a former guest of the show getting a well-deserved role in a huge upcoming Disney film. We also tell you where Santa Claus will be making his annual visits to The Most Magical Place On Earth. And we share dates & themes for next year's Disneyland After Dark events. Certainly, that's not all. As always, we wrap it all up with tips that might help you on your next Disney vacation. If you have any comments, questions, or requests to cover a particular topic, please feel free to Contact Us! We also invite you to join the positive fun in our Hyperion Adventurers Facebook Group as well as our Hyperion Mornings on YouTube for a daily dose of live positive chat! Thanks for listening! Cheers
