The Dynasty Nerds crew is back with their monthly Risers and Fallers episode, and the conversation got heated. Rich Dotson, Garret Price, and Jagger May debated which players are climbing the dynasty rankings and which ones are plummeting after the AFC and NFC Championship games. Trevor Lawrence topped the risers list as the unanimous number one. With Liam Coen's offense and a loaded receiving corps, Rich declared him an elite dynasty asset at just 26 years old. Jaxson Dart landed at number two, with John Harbaugh bringing stability to the Giants and Malik Nabers returning from injury. Colston Loveland rounded out the top three, cementing himself as a top five tight end after his playoff breakout. On the falling side, CJ Stroud was the unanimous number one faller. Rich went on a legendary rant, calling him overvalued for years and predicting he could slide even further when the elite 2027 quarterback class arrives. JJ McCarthy and Zach Charbonnet also took hits, with McCarthy facing competition rumors and Charbonnet dealing with a devastating ACL injury. The Dynasty Nerds Dynasty Fantasy Football Podcast crew delivered their final weekly buy and sell recommendations of the season, identifying key players whose values have shifted heading into championship week and the offseason. Garret and Jagger broke down late season opportunities across multiple positions, offering insights on which players to target now before values shift again. Kirk Cousins emerged as a surprising buy recommendation despite his benching in Atlanta. With numerous teams needing quarterbacks in 2026, including the Giants, Browns, Jets, and Saints, Cousins could land in a situation where he provides fantasy value similar to Joe Flacco. The hosts suggest acquiring him cheaply now and flipping him for a 2027 second or third round pick once desperation hits in Week 5. Cam Ward also drew discussion as a soft buy, with improved play suggesting he may not be the bust many feared. While concerns remain about decision making, Ward is no longer drowning when things go wrong, making him worth a late first round pick. Running back remains tricky with Josh Jacobs showing troubling signs of hitting the age cliff, while Omarion Hampton looks like the clear rookie running back one heading into next season.
