Bio je dugogodišnji član, a sad je i predsjetnik, Hrvatske udruge auto struke (HUAS), koja okuplja i zastupa prava auto-servisera i njihovih klijenata, a fokus i motivacija su mu velika količina nepravilnosti u trokutu osiguranja-oštećeni-servisi. Pomogao je pokrenuti veliki broj tužbi protiv osiguravateljskih kuća, no i sam kaže da je naišao na iznenađujuće veliki broj slučajeva da se protiv najvećih kuća osobe doslovno boje podići tužbe. Tražili smo citat kojeg možemo objaviti na ovu temu i od HUAS-a dobili sljedeće: Na dan 09.02.2023. ukupno je pokrenuto (ili u fazi pripreme) 97 predmeta. Od tih 97 predmeta, od 11 osiguravajućih društava situacija je sljedeća: ALLIANZ osiguranje - 41% sudskih predmeta Generali osiguranje - 26% sudskih predmeta EUROHERC osiguranje i Adriatic osiguranje (Agram grupa) - 9% sudskih predmeta HOK osiguranje - 8% sudskih predmeta Croatia osiguranje - 7 % sudskih predmeta Uniqa osiguranje - 3 % - svi su riješeni izvansudskom nagodbom u korist servisa i oštećenika Triglav osiguranje - 2% Sava osiguranje - 1% Wiener osiguranje - 0% Grawe osiguranje - 0% Jedini razlog zašto nisu Euroherc i Adriatic osig. na prvom mjestu je taj što moji članovi nisu dovoljno hrabri za pokretanje tužbi jer se boje odmazde i crnih listi navedenih osiguratelja. Međutim, ja se nadam da će se u skorijoj budućnosti isto promijeniti. Prema ovoj kratkoj analizi možemo podijeliti osiguratelje u one koji imaju korektne odnose sa serviserima i one koji to nemaju. Dakle osiguranja koja imaju korektne odnose: Croatia, Sava, Triglav, Uniqa, Grawe, Wiener Ona koja to nemaju: Allianz, Generali, Euroherc, Adriatic, Hok S tim da moram naglasiti da smo dobili prvu presudu u korist našeg servisa (HUAS-a) gdje je sud u cijelosti usvojio našu tužbu i dao sljedeće obrazloženje: "Sud je stava da oštećenik može slobodno izabrati radionicu u kojoj će popraviti svoje vozilo u mjestu svog boravišta, u bilo kojem servisu koji se bavi popravkom određene vrste vozila po cijeni koju taj servis redovito naplaćuje svojim klijentima, a ukoliko i postoje druge radionice s jeftinijom cijenom radnog sata, da nije riječ o eventualnom doprinosu oštećenika šteti iz čl. 1092. Zakona o obveznim odnosima ("Narodne novine" broj: 35/05., 41/08., 125/11., 78/15., 29/18.; dalje: ZOO), kao i da tuženik nema ovlast niti pravo određivati autoservisima cijene sata rada, što proizlazi i iz stručnog mišljenja Vijeća za zaštitu tržišnog natjecanja Klasa: 034-08/18-01/093, URBROJ: 580-09/84-2020-043 od 20. veljače 2020.
