Prema novom planu savezne vlade od energetskih kompanija će se zahtijevati da domaćinstvima ponude najmanje tri sata besplatne solarne energije tokom sredine dana, kada je proizvodnja solarne energije na vrhuncu. Australska povjerenica za internetsku sigurnost objavila je regulatorne smjernice za korištenje društvenih mreža, čime se provodi vladina zabrana korištenja istih mlađima od 16 godina. Iako će zabrana stupiti na snagu tek 10. prosinca, povjerenica ističe da želi da ista bude što manje nametljiva. Prema smjernicama, na platformama društvenih mreža neće se morati provjeravati dob svakog korisnika.

It is finally time for the Greatest Spectacle in Racing, and our resident open wheeler Conor Daly will be rolling off P11 this coming Sunday. He joins co-host Chase Holden to break down all of the action from practice week and qualifying, which saw many surprises and breath-taking crashes. No surprise of course was bigger than rookie Robert Shwartzman putting his Prema entry on the pole. But, the news that Josef Newgarden and Will Power had failed tech and were being penalized also rocked the paddock. Conor gives listeners a detailed look at how his final qualifying attempt unfolded, which originally placed him in 13th, just a few tenths away from locking into the Fast 12. He also explains how on edge the cars are this year, and the major differences between being in qualifying trim and race trim.Pole winner Robert Shwartman joins the show to reflect on his historic feat of becoming the first rookie to capture P1 since 1983. He talks listeners through making the Fast 12 and the feeling he had laying down a perfect lap that held up for the top speed of the day. Robert explains that after the hardship he's faced in the Formula One ranks, it was incredible to feel the support from the crowd at Indianapolis. Conor and Chase also get to know Robert, the person outside of the race car, as they discuss his interest in hip hop music and how he is an aspiring musician himself. The guys chat about Prema team members like Ryan Briscoe being an asset and how Robert's car is feeling going into the big race on Sunday.

Prema Came Prepared

In the closing prayer of the Ashtanga practice, we chant: svasti prajābhyaḥ pari-pālayantāṁ, nyāyena mārgena mahīṁ mahīśāḥ, gobrāhmaṇebhyaḥ śubham astu nityaṁ, lokāḥ samastāḥ sukhino bhavantu. These ancient words are an offering — a prayer for all beings to be protected, for the rulers of the earth to walk the path of righteousness, for all sacred beings to be blessed, and for every living soul across all worlds to experience happiness and freedom. The final invocation, Oṁ śāntiḥ śāntiḥ śāntiḥ, repeats the call for peace three times — for peace in the outer world, peace within ourselves, and peace in the unseen cosmic realms.   This spirit of universal love is the very heart of yoga. In Sanskrit, the word for this love is prema — drawn from the root pri, meaning “to love” or “to gladden.” Prema is not an ordinary affection tied to desires; it is a pure, selfless love that flows naturally into service — seva. In the Bhakti Sūtras, it is said: sa tu prema-rūpā — “True devotion takes the form of pure love.” When we step onto our mats each morning, struggling and surrendering through the rhythm of breath and movement, we are invited into this deeper practice: not merely to perfect poses, but to offer every breath, every effort, as an act of prema — love — and seva — service — to all life.   Thus, Ashtanga yoga becomes more than personal discipline; it becomes a ritual of the heart. Every vinyāsa is an offering. Every challenge faced with patience is a prayer. Every fall and every rise is an act of love made visible.
