On this episode I share more about this experience and the takeaways I am choosing to take from the experience.

When it comes to self-esteem two factors really come in to play. Often, whether it's perceived or real, we feel judged and that can directly affect our confidence. Both in ourselves and others. That lack of confidence can impact our role as professionals and business owners as well, and that is why this episode we are spending some time talking about both judgement and confidence.

We would be most grateful.
We are not leaving Texas. As crazy as it sounds, we are splitting our time between two states. Expanding our growing business in a new place, and taking a leap of faith on what we hope will be a very worthwhile investment of our time and resources. Aquí les damos todo el chisme!

This week on The Little Radio Show we talk about our favorite new (and not-so-new) Netflix shows. These include: One Day at a Time Club de Cuervos A Series of Unfortunate Events “One Day at a Time” is garnering a lot of attention. It's a reboot of a 1970s/1980s hit sitcom that launched the career of Valerie Bertinelli. The new version, a Netflix original, has a mostly Hispanic cast and focuses on three generations of a Cuban-American family. Justina Machado plays the mom, a newly-separated military vet who has recently-returned from the Middle East. Of particular interest is the fact that the show marks Rita Moreno's return to the (small) screen. We talk about our opinions on the show. “Club de Cuervos” is revisited … enough said. And we take a look at “A Series of Unfortunate Events,” Netflix's take on Lemony Snicket's children's book series.
