Bu duygusal yük, dijital mecralarda davranışlara da yansıyor. Artık sosyal medya sadece bir eğlence alanı değil, aynı zamanda bir kaçış, bir anlatım, bir statü göstergesi.Sinemaya gitme oranı düşerken, konserlere ve müzelere katılım hızla artıyor. Sosyal medyada paylaşım yapan kişi sayısı düşük ama izleyenler çok. TikTok hızla yayılıyor, mobil bankacılık günlük hayatın vazgeçilmez bir parçası haline geliyor. Hatta her 10 kişiden biri artık yapay zekâ uygulamalarıyla haşır neşir.Tüm bu değişimler dijital pazarlamayı doğrudan etkiliyor. Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan dünkü grup toplantısında, sahipsiz köpeklerle ilgili yasal düzenlemeye karşı çıkanlara, altından kalkamayacakları şu çağrıyı yaptı: “Son 1 haftadır ortalığı ayağa kaldıran sanatçılar, dernekler ve medya mensuplarından başıboş sokak köpeklerini sahiplenmelerini bekliyorum.” Neden altından kalkamayacaklarına açıklık getireceğim… Önce Erdoğan'ın hakkını teslim edelim. Muhalefet bloğunun karşı çıkmasına ve AK Parti'deki “pasif direnişe” rağmen milletin sesine kulak veren lider iradesini bir kez daha gösterdi. Kendisi de ifade etti: “Milletimiz bizden bu sorunu çözmemizi istiyor. Halkımız, sokakların güvenli hale gelmesini istiyor. Çocuklarımız, gönül rahatlığıyla okula gitmek, parkta oynamak istiyor." Halk yasal bir düzenleme istiyor mu? İletişim Başkanlığı'nın geçtiğimiz ay yaptırdığı ve Türkiye genelinde 5 bin kişinin katıldığı ankete göre vatandaşların yüzde 83,6'sı sokaklardaki başıboş köpekleri bir sorun olarak görüyor. Muhalefete yakınlığı ile bilinen KONDA'da da içinde bulunduğumuz Temmuz ayında, toplumun sokak hayvanlarına bakışının araştırmasını yayınladı. Katılımcıların yüzde 63'ü problem olduğu kanaatinde ancak “devlet ve yerel yönetimler, uyutmak gibi sert yöntemler kullanmadan çözüm üretmeli” görüşünde. Yüzde 15'i ise “Hiçbir sokak hayvanına zarar vermeden bu sorunu çözmek imkansız, gerekli hallerde uyutulabilirler” diyor. Yani KONDA'nın anketine göre de sokaklardaki sahipsiz köpeklerin sorun olduğunu söyleyen ve çözülmesini isteyenler yüzde 78 oranında. Geri kalan yüzde 22 ise sokak hayvanlarının kimse için sorun olduğunu düşünmüyor. Üçlü sağlama yapmış olmak için AREDA Survey'in 3 Haziran'da sonlanan ve 2 bin 275 kişinin katıldığı sokak hayvanları araştırmasından da veriler aktarayım. Bu ankette insana saldıran köpeklerle ilgili “barınaklara bırakılmalı” diyenler yüzde 42,4 oranında. “Uyutulmalı” diyenlerin oranı ise yüzde 25,7 çıkmış. İki veriyi toplarsak sahipsiz, başıboş ve saldırgan köpeklerin sokaklara dönmesini istemeyenler 68'i aşıyor. Görüldüğü ve Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan'ın da vurguladığı gibi halkımız, sahipsiz köpeklerin cirit attığı sokakların güvenli hale gelmesini istiyor. Ancak üç ayrı araştırmaya göre yaklaşık yüzde 25'lik bir kitle başıboş köpeklerin sokakları teslim almasından rahatsız değil.

BIPOC farmers -- many afflicted by the persistent legacy of slavery, racism, and land theft -- generally do not have an easy path forward. To help inaugurate a different history, Jubilee Justice, a small Louisiana organization, is developing an ambitious array of commons-oriented projects. As cofounder and president Konda Mason explains, these strategies include community land trusts as a way to secure farmland in perpetuity; cooperatives that help protect farmers from market exploitation and discriminatory practices; an open-source-style of climate-friendly agronomy known as the System of Rice Intensification; and the hosting of "transformational learning journeys" to help White and BIPOC Americans heal the wounds of American slavery and racism.
