Fredrik och Leif-Jöran Olsson snackar fri programvara, Friprogramvarusyndikatet, och en hel del om Jolla och Sailfish. Friprogramvarusyndikatet hostar tjänster med öppen mjukvara, frigör mjukvara, säljer prylar i sin webbutik, utvecklar standarder, och sponsrar öppna projekt med pengar när resurser finns. Transparency samtökin hafa lengi hafi barist fyrir því að fórnarlömb spillingar í alþjóðaviðskiptum fái áheyrn og skaða sinn metinn. Samherjamálið hafi haft alvarlegar afleiðingar í för með sér fyrir fjölda fólks og fjölskyldur þeirra. Undir það taka fyrrum sjómenn á togurum Samherja.

Hvornår er noget sund fornuft og hvornår er det slankekursmentaliten i nye klæder? Hvis du har haft et forstyrret forhold til mad, krop eller sundhed, kan det være overraskende svært at kende forskel på netop det. For tanker som “Jeg vil bare lave en realistisk livsstilsændring”, “Jeg er ikke på kur, jeg vil bare spise mere fornuftigt”, “Det handler om sundhed, ikke om min krop” eller "Jeg ved godt jeg ikke skal tabe mig 20 kilo, men jeg vil bare gerne tabe 3-5 kilo" lyder jo umiddelbart fornuftige nok, men kommer de egentlig fra sund fornuft eller kontrol, det er det, der kan være svært at skelne mellem. Så i denne episode dykker jeg ned i, hvordan du egentlig kan kende forskel. Med inspiration fra dialektisk adfærdsterapi (DAT) taler jeg om, hvordan vi kan lære at skelne mellem dømmende, kontrollerende tanker og et mere neutralt, fleksibelt og realistisk sundhedsfokus.
