A empresa vendeu sua fatia no negócio de hospedagem no Paraná a fundos de investimentos que tinham como acionista o pastor Fabiano Zettel, cunhado e operador financeiro do banqueiro Daniel Vorcaro, dono do Master. Por conta da participação na empresa, Toffoli recebeu dividendos. As transações financeiras da Maridt estão declaradas à Receita Federal. Essas informações foram confirmadas ao Estadão por duas fontes: uma do STF e outra por advogado que atuou junto ao resort no interior do Paraná. Nesta quarta-feira, 12, veio a público informação de que a Polícia Federal pediu a suspeição de Toffoli por conta de seu envolvimento com Vorcaro. Foram encontradas conversas entre o banqueiro e o ministro em celular apreendido pela PF. Também foram identificadas menções a Toffoli em troca de mensagens de Vorcaro com terceiros. Em nota, o ministro diz que a PF parte de ilações e não tem poder legal para requisitar que o magistrado do STF se afaste de um caso. Toffoli é relator das investigações que envolvem o Banco Master. No entanto, governistas e oposição travam uma disputa nos bastidores pelo protagonismo e pelo enfoque da investigação no Legislativo. O Placar da CPI do Master – levantamento feito pelo Estadão para identificar como cada parlamentar se posiciona em relação ao assunto – aponta que, dos 513 deputados, 304 (59%) são favoráveis à abertura de uma CPI do Master, enquanto só um diz ser contrário. Rachel is then joined by Hannah Deacon, whose dedication to campaigning for patients' rights succeeded when the law changed on 1 November 2018, which led to cannabis becoming legal as a medical treatment. Her successful campaign on behalf of son Alfie Dingley, who lives with a rare and severe form of epilepsy, led to his doctors receiving the first schedule one license to prescribe whole-plant cannabis in the UK.
