However, misconceptions regarding these disorders remain across medicine, and patients are frequently dismissed as “faking it.”FND are neuropsychiatric conditions in which patients experience neurologic symptoms due to a “functional” disruption of brain networks rather than a “structural” disorder of the nervous system. On this episode, Drs Bigham and Omole speak with Peter Gill, a patient with FND. Australia's regional hotels are performing better than ever as COVID-19 state border closures and international travel restrictions force holidaymakers to travel closer to home. Rarely do regional hotels outperform their CBD counterparts, but they are now, with an A$18 premium on average room rates. And in the words of Australian hotel mogul Jerry Schwartz, "that's really the only good news that we have in the hotel industry: that regional hotels and regional Australia are doing so well." So, how are investors, owners and operators capitalising on this regional hotels phenomenon? Plus, could office buildings abandoned by business choosing to work from home, have new life as hotels? Hear from: Geoff York, acting chief executive and group director at hospitality company Crystalbrook Collection; Julian Clark, chief executive of boutique hotel operator Lancemore Group; Brett Forer, development general manager of Accor's Pacific hotels; Matthew Burke, Pacific Regional Manager of industry analyst STR; and Jerry Schwartz; director, Schwartz Family Company. Matthew Burke is a huge Twins fan. He runs the twitter account @TwinsColdTakes, which he uses to help bring knowledge to fans of the sport of baseball who are angry about players or baseball decisions involved with the Twins who may or may not have a #take that is worth standing by, at least in his opinion. I'm interested in his process as far as searching for ideas/thoughts to write about, and how he found this niche in social media. Please give it a listen!

We've got Rugby World Cup fever here at Green and Gold Rugby and with less than six months to go until the 2015 tournament kicks off, it's time to start looking ahead. In the first of our Rugby World Cup Legends Series we have 1999 World Cup winning fullback Matthew Burke on the show. Burke looks back at the 99 World Cup and how the Wallabies won William Web Ellis before looking forward to this year's tournament and provides his thoughts as to whether we can do it again. Dave Jefferson (aka Cyclopath) then joins us for the first time this year as we spend a bit of time looking back at Round 7 of Super Rugby and previewing Round 8. It's also another chance to dust off Hugh Cavill's patented '5 burning questions' series.
