Perfectionism is not about being perfect at all. At its core perfectionism is about the fear of just ONE thing and one thing alone, and that is... "The Fear of Not Being Good Enough" The good news is that you can rid yourself of perfectionism and its destructive force in your life and career. Perfectionism and anxiety and depression are highly connected and I'm committed to helping you move past it and overcome it. Perfectionism and progress don't go together! Are you wearing your perfectionism on your sleeve almost like a badge of honour and can you be brave enough to let go of it? I walk you through some powerful questions for your own awareness when it comes to overcoming your perfectionism. Who do you want to become? Can you learn to fail well? You can HAVE a failure and not BE a failure! A failure is just an event, not a personality trait. Those are 2 different things.

Just in Tuned saison 2, c'est parti ! Alors, welcome back et bonne écoute !
