This episode is brought to you by https://www.ElevateOS.com —the only all-in-one community operating system. You and I both know this: change never sends a calendar invite. In this week's episode, we unpack the Top 5 things shaping Multifamily right now — the moves you can't afford to ignore if you're serious about staying relevant in operations, PropTech, and leadership.First up — Wage Growth Outpacing Rent Growth for 31 straight months. Jay Parsons dropped a chart that tells a powerful story. Rent deceleration, meet moderate wage inflation. What does that mean for operators? I'll tell you.Next — "Choose Your Own Adventure" Roadshows. I had a real-world moment with a supplier partner that sparked something fresh: the future of vendor-operator engagement might just be... options.Third — buckle up. The World Economic Forum says 76% of real estate labor could be automated by 2030. Too far-fetched? I don't think so. The robots aren't coming. They're already here.Fourth — AI Mastery Requires Doing, Not Studying. A year-long course won't save you if it's already obsolete halfway through. The answer? Be a practitioner. The only way to understand this revolution is to get your hands dirty. And finally — that viral headline: "AI isn't coming for your job. It's coming for your workflows." Truth is, it's both. If AI's gunning for your process, it's gunning for your position. Time to adapt. If you're in Multifamily — operator, supplier, tech builder, leader — you need this pulse check.Let's grow together.

On this episode we are talking to some of the experts who presented at the Summit North America Roadshow event in Seattle this week, where members of the Dynamics 365 community came together to hear from Microsoft and their peers about D365 applications, Power Platform, and the broader technology landscape that they face. Microsoft kicked off the event with a tour of some of the latest Power Platform AI features in their plan designer, which recently reached GA, as well as the latest preview feature, generative pages. That focus on AI-driven capabilities became a theme of the day, woven in with other functional and technical topics. To better understand what Microsoft's product evolution and efforts mean, we spoke with three enterprise software veterans for more perspective on topics like user adoption, sharing lessons about early AI solution development efforts, the impact on people's jobs, individual vs organizational solutions, and how to focus on outcomes. Our guests for this episode are: Luciano Cunha, CEO of STAEDEAN Khaled Nassra, Founder of Enki Consulting JC Quintana, author and Microsoft alliance director at Experlogix

It's a double-feature from Classic Radio Road Show, performed before a live audience. Gunsmoke represents the rarest of phenomena in the annals of radio and television. It not only ran for decades, but it also introduced to the public a cast of characters that gradually took on mythic proportions and forever became part of the popular consciousness. SuZanne and Gabor Barabas, the authors of the preeminent book on the history of both the radio and television versions of Gunsmoke, were on hand at this live performance to talk afterward about the series and answer questions. Frontier Gentleman was one of several "adult westerns," along with Gunsmoke and others, that appeared on radio and television in the early 1950s. The genre was described as "grittier, more realistic", and clearly intended for an older audience. Cast of Gunsmoke: Elaine Steelman as Kitty Marcia Finn as Edna Michael Bürgi as Chester Brian Hotaling as Mitt Dillon Anthony Aversano as Doc Duane Noch as Hans Gruber Sheldon Fallon as Mr. Jonas Cast of Frontier Gentleman: Michael Bürgi as Announcer and C.B. Brian Hotaling as Kendall Marcia Finn as Black Anthony Aversano as Charlie Duane Noch as Beljoy Sheldon and Roberta Fallon as Mr. & Mrs. Willis Laurie Noch as Mercy Day Elaine Steelman as Mrs. Beljoy
