On this episode of the Show Guys, we analyze one of our all time favorite parts of Araki's Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. We discuss what makes us cherish Part 5, Vento Aureo, and how Giorno and his band of Mafioso become one of our favorite groups of the series. We would also like to dedicate this episode to the late Billy Kametz. He voiced many of our favorite characters, but mostly because of his influence with Josuke Higashikata in Part 4. He will be dearly missed in the voice acting community and I don't think we would enjoy the shows we do without his legacy. This one's for you Billy.
In this episode we cover the journey of Giorno Giovanna he, and Team Bucciarati go through in their adventures throughout Italy in Part 5 Golden Wind. We relate his story, and his journey, on how many young men now could use his story to help inspire them to find their direction and purpose in life. Not only that, but how to be resilient and develop perseverance in the face of constant adversity.

At long last, he is finally a Gang-STAR.
Finally, the post-shadowing has arrived.
Jumped the shark so hard we are in orbit.
Is this the power of Requiem?
Unreasonable amounts of death flagging.
I can think of nobody I trust less to do a body swap story thank Hirohiko Araki.
The episode so good, we recorded it twice.
I don't want to be called submissive and breedable by a weakling like you, Baka
YOSHIYOSHIYOSHIYOSHIYOSHIYOSHIYOSHIYOSHIYOSHIYOSHI
This is just Purple Haze with extra steps.
But seriously, what's the deal with Araki and frogs?
Too much iron in your blood.
Truck-kun has quotas to meet.
Way to unleash an unkillable horror upon the planet, guys.
We would also like a pizza, Giorno.
Goodbye to the bestest of roommates.
Waiter, there's a Stand in my soup.
We might actually understand how King Crimson works.
Understanding King Crimson by way of Adam Sandler.
The most appropriate "Freek'n You" yet.
This power makes absolute zero sense.
The case of the disappearing cheeseburger.
At last, Pesci is finally a Rubber Man.
Let me touch that neck, just a little bit...
A siren's song of neck latex.
What's even happening?!
Dammit Giorno, when you ride shotgun you have ONE JOB!
When you're here, you're family.
A car is the most untraceable of poisons.
Make it rain golden showers.
tap, tap, tap, tap, tap..........
MIIIISTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
This power is more inscrutable than usual.
The most iconic piss drinking scene in all of anime.
That ain't pizza, my dude...
I'm not a bed!
Buckle up, Gold Experience only gets more bullshit from here!
This taste is the taste of a wildly unsuccessful Jojo podcast.

Here we are at the end (or the beginning?) of Vento Aureo, and boy do we have opinions! First and foremost about sculptor Jesus. Eliz describes the gayest sculpture ever made. Mista's stubbornness has... uh, some consequences. We figure out that Polnareff's fate is really the best possible outcome for him. And we learn the most valuable lesson: someone can be the head of an international crime cartel, but as long as they're not selling drugs to children, they're a good person. -- JoJo’s Bizarre Explainer JoJo's Bizarre Adventure! Soup: is it good for you, or does it contain an enemy stand? We discuss the new opening, about which we are firmly lukewarm, and the new ending, about which we are firmly lukewarm. We meet the most iconic gay villain couple from Vento Aureo. We are finally back in our comfort zone: bathroom hijinks, and we learn that Narancia desperately needs to hydrate. Mista can’t imagine not wearing leather, and frankly, we also can’t imagine him not wearing leather. And we spend probably too much time talking about how much we miss part four. -- JoJo’s Bizarre Explainer JoJo's Bizarre Adventure! Either you love it, or you've never seen it. If you've been wondering, for years, how Vento Aureo's villain stand works, 1) join the club and 2) be grateful that the anime actually does a decent job of illustrating it! (Goodness knows we are.) Giorno develops *yet another* additional Gold Experience power, and this isn't even the last time he'll do that. King Crimson is probably the best-looking outcome of putting a little face on another, pre-existing face. And we say goodbye to Fugo, and hello to yet another opportunity for the Bruno/Abbacchio and Giorno/Mista ships to sail. -- JoJo’s Bizarre Explainer JoJo's Bizarre Adventure! If you haven't watched the 1991 film Thelma & Louise yet, just trust us that it's just like Vento Aureo in the essentials. Giorno Giovanna is a library nerd. This week's fight has Giorno parroting essentially what Abbacchio was telling him back during the Man In The Mirror fight. We revisit and appreciate anew the 1996 Olympic games. David Productions started drawing thicc characters and refused to stop just because what they were drawing was a statue of a lion. And if Hell actually exists and we end up there, it will probably be because of what we say about the Pieta. -- JoJo’s Bizarre Explainer JoJo's Bizarre Adventure! Join us as we valiantly attempt to explain the two greatest mysteries in life: 1) Pesci's face and 2) the magical transit turtle. Marvel as we manage to come up with perfectly passable (by our standards) explanations for both. Coco Jambo is slang for a hot man with killer dance moves, so make of that what you will. We spend far too much time talking about the biology of lobsters. Eliz is not sapiosexual for Narancia. And our conspiracy theory about the creation of an entire television series just to add realism to 2.2 seconds of Vento Aureo is, sadly, debunked. -- JoJo’s Bizarre Explainer JoJo's Bizarre Adventure!
