In this final episode and blog we are going to see that God's Presence is what takes away our fears. Throughout our journey of life, we like sojourners on a train, owning our seat or place in the suite or room on the train. God knows your itinerary. He says so in Jeremiah 29;11 “for I know the plans I have for you, they are for good and not evil…” In particular I dedicate this podcast to all survivors of any attack but especially of illnesses such as cancer. Check out our blog for notes and scriptures, www.prayingwithimpact.com

The Power Behind Women Who Speak With God Usually, their prayer simply starts with “Oh Lord, I pray…” In this unique, insightful and revelatory episode, we show the power behind four women who simply speak to God following the path of 3 P's namely Protection (Nurturing), Prayer and Praise. Three of them are the Biblical figures of Miriam, Hanna and Mary. The fourth one is contemporary and is simply, your mother. This is the path that fulfilled the prophecy in Isaiah 33:22 that stated that our God is the Lawgiver, Our Judge and Our King. Through this path God gave us Moses, Samuel, Jesus and YOU. It's the path of Redemption that shows you the amazing power and oneness of the Trinity and God's love and desire to reach man. JESUS GOT YOU COVERED..The Lord of Intercession When you have done all you can, stand and wait on The Lord of Intercession. The Bible tells us that before Jesus died, he said “It is finished”. Actually he said “Tetelestai” which means it is “completed”. In John 14:6 earlier he had said that “I am The Way, The Truth and The life”. Now on the Cross he tells us that he has “completed”the construction of “The Way”! In this episode will introduce you to the “Intercessory Loop”, his only ministry “ad continuum” mentioned in Romans 8:34 seated at the Right hand of God They that wait on the Lord will soar like eagles…Isaiah 40:31 www.africhristpodcast.com

God Himself baked the building blocks to rebuild your dream and vision in His Word. So even if you feel like it's too late and the train of life left you behind at the station, we have great news for you in this episode. Scripture will prove to you that it's not too late and you're not at a loss. The vision inside of you was planted by the Almighty Planter and though it may linger, it will come to pass. Get up and re-ignite it standing on God's Word. -- See companion notes at www.prayingwithimpact.com Habakuk 2:2 says: Then the Lord replied: “Write down the revelation (vision ) and make it plain on tablets so that a herald may run with it. For the revelation (vision ) awaits an appointed time; it speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it linger, wait for it; it will certainly come and will not delay.
In this episode, you will learn what it takes to take the fear out of death! According to I Corinthians 15:52-55, 58 Jesus diluted the sting of death for us all. He took everything they threw at him without a word. They did not realize that as they nailed him to the cross, he carried their baggage and our baggage to be nailed to The Cross with him once and for all. Our assignment as believers is to carry this message of hope to all especially those who are innocent recipients of human abuse, torture, unjust wars and depravity in every space of life. Happy Resurrection Day
In this revelatory episode we show how moral injury can be caused by abuse of the privilege of entitlement and show how to avoid it. We trace how the sin of a few in spiritual, civil or civic leadership becomes an iniquity of a generation. We contrast the mishandling of entitlement by Eli, his sons of Eli, sons of Samuel and king Saul, with the Ebenezer spirit of Joseph, Nehemiah and Ezra. We show the negative effect of flawed character on prayer. We then contrast with the positive effects of faith, good character, and service. You will understand why entitlement is a privilege to serve. That is why Jesus said that for one to be great, they must serve others. The very foundation of answered prayer is serving the will of God. The sin of a few can become an iniquity for generations We can all be an Ebenezer, the stone of help.
When God makes a statement in the Bible, it is not a supposition originating from a hypothesis, evolving into a theory then stated or established as fact or point of contention. Rather, God starts at fact and calls to the depth of your faith to believe the fact. Theory and science may or may not be able to affirm its existence. It is still a fact because He is God and Sovereign. This is a tough position to take especially as our knowledge increases. God's existence, actions and acts of creation are not dependent on the preponderance of evidence, so to speak. They are fact because He Is. The Great I AM. In this podcast we show that, we live in between the scriptures Genesis 2:7 and Hebrews 9:7 Fact: God, Elohim created us in His image, Jesus Christ , The wisdom of God. Revelation 12:11 says: 'They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death". In other words The Lord has allowed us to join him in the triumph over the devil and his agents by providing the Blood himself while we use our testimony of his work in our lives. That is why Satan has every tool that provokes us into fear of testifying. Testifying is acknowledgement of God's hand in our lives and a powerful weapon against the devil and the egos of his cohorts. I DO NOT FEAR TESTIFYING, TAKE THAT! The “Caleb” of gratefulness to God takes on reassignment with a ready heart. In thanking God for another milestone of life, we stand on the encouraging words of Caleb in Joshua 14. At 85 years old Caleb was ready to get started again! He reminds Joshua of God's promise through Moses 45 years before. In this podcast, we see how prayer over a lifetime shapes a life that acknowledges that we have all stood on the prayers and shoulders of many, to get to where we are
Why Millennials leave church In this podcast we hear from three Millennials giving us their reasons why young people in their age group are losing interest in church gatherings. They try to differential loving God from attending church. This is one of the demographics that our podcast ministry is called to reach. They totally run the episode and I only made my comments on it after listening to it. In the post comments I followed up with some related scriptures. The church has to listen to them as well as we can hear them. I admonish church leaders, parents and Christian mentors to listen in and discuss it with your group or family. Be blessed
Fear Not! podcast President Franklin D Roosevelt of USA once said “that the only thing we have to fear is...fear itself”. Fear can be debilitating to the individual undergoing it and can't just be dismissed as unreal by the observer. God, knows this and has given us his Word to to counter this force. We can defeat fear if we stand on God's Word. In this podcast we take you three theme scriptures to learn how to do it. Listen in and be blessed !
“Do not give up the fight” podcast with the key Your knees are most powerful when bent in prayer. Jesus was asked and looked to for many favors such as requests for healing. In the process he performed many supernatural miracles . Jesus said that greater works than these we could also do. But how come we do not? What is and where is the key to this promise? He reminded his disciples of the food miracle when they saw him walk on water but thought he was a ghost. They had already lost the key to the powerhouse in one day! I believe Philip figured the KEY was prayer. So he asked Jesus one of the only 2 questions he asked Jesus on record: Luke 11:1 “Lord teach us to pray even as John taught his disciples” In this podcast , we explore some of the “grooves” on this key and you'll learn some of the principles that lead to Praying With Impact.
Bible Guidance for Cyber Relationships Computers are tools to be used for our benefit. A few years ago it would have been unimaginable to perform telemedicine including surgery. The world has undergone lockdowns of various categories due to COVID-19 and in the process the computer has been solidified into human civilization and development as the latest revolution after the industrial revolution. Recently a Chinese surgeon performed the first remote surgery using 5G technology. We would consider this nothing short of a miracle. Quietly behind all of this, but yet in our face, another computer phenomenon has been taking place. CYBER RELATIONSHIPS. We start this conversation with a look at some scriptures as a springboard. May God guide us as we learn to Pray With Impact in this area.
This podcast will open your eyes to understand and be able to use the Power of the Blood of Jesus in your prayer life. Physiologically and spiritually, the Blood sustains life, cleanses the body and protects the body against attacks. The incorruptible blood of Jesus is our spiritual life cleanser, life giver, defender, redeemer and reconciler. Leviticus 17:11 says that life is in the blood. Hebrews 9:15 says Jesus' blood reconciles us with the Father. Revelation 12:10-11 says that the enemy was defeated by the blood of the lamb and our own testimonies.
Four powerful Biblical characteristics of petitions to God There are many spiritual characteristics of a petition, this podcast explores four powerful ones used by Jesus, King David and Jehoshaphat and others. It is said that knowledge is power. It is Divinely more powerful to have spiritual knowledge that helps you to Pray With Impact. A petition is based on certain rights already granted and guaranteed to the petitioner Petitions are addressed to one with authority and ability to grant the request. The Petitioner must belong to the entity or domain in which they petition. When granted, a petition allows the petitioner to exercise the inherent power of execution in order to obtain the request.
When we unselfishly pray for others, interceding for their needs and putting them first, we are answering the biblical call. We are accepting God’s call on our lives to stand in the gap for others before him. God then intervenes in your own situation with amazing results. In the Old Testament , the Israelites depended on certain procedures and customs to prepare themselves to meet or hear from God. Wearing the ephod was one of them. The ephod contained the 12 names of the tribes of Israel. It was specifically made of Blue, Purple, Scarlet Red and Gold colors. We explain how this was a picture of Jesus. In the New Testament the ephod is not necessary for us to talk to God today, just as we no longer need to sacrifice animals on the altar to atone for our sins. God’s Son, Jesus, is our Savior and “the way and the truth and the life” (John 14:6), The Great Intercessor. Listen and learn.
The Power of Divine Convergence: Elohim- Jehovah - Immanuel - Adonai It is said "Hind Sight is 20/20 we show you how to regain the power you lost in 2020 The Power of Three In One, God the Father, The Son and Holy Spirit, The Trinity. They are Divine and thus cannot lose power. However we show you how to reclaim their power by understanding their purpose . Knowledge is power and Divine Power is Absolutely Powerful
In this episode we look at a scriptural way to cause and measure the effectiveness of our prayers. Effective prayer is evidenced by changed lives, situations or circumstances. Through Jesus, the victory is already won but the choice for effective prayer leading to this victory is ours. We may decide to continue to pray the way we have always prayed, even if it does not work or change and pray as led by the Spirit of God, to make it work. Many times God’s will and solutions require diligence and consistency on our part. What may seem impractical to us, maybe the way God’s will is for us to pray about a particular issue. Steady faith and the leading of the Holy Spirit will keep us on track. Evaluate and Change your prayer closet if need be
The term replication implies an increase or multiplication of the same likeness of certain defining characteristics of a thing. Simply, it means predictable results. However as replication is taking place, another interesting phenomenon is also taking place in a way that expands the effects or rate of the reproduction exponentially. This simply means there’s an acceleration. Population growth and loan or bank savings interest rates are a few examples of naturally occurring exponential relationships. Imagine now, how you can model these situations as examples using an exponential function to predict results of your prayers. Not as a mathematical calculation but rather a faith function based on scriptures and Biblical history of events.
Forgiveness is the doorway to God's Grace In this conversation we will learn four basic principles about forgiveness and forgiving: Forgiveness is directly anointed by Jesus Forgiveness is directly linked to God’s Grace Forgiveness directly unlocks Mercy Forgiveness directly unlocks God’s hand of Providence Forgiveness is the doorway to God's Grace. The first act of spiritual forgiveness occurs to us when we first give our lives to the Lord Jesus Christ. As Christians, our forgiving of others ought be a common practice in our lives. But we know that this is not easy and does not always happen. However, when we fail to forgive others, we open the door to BITTERNESS in our lives. Bitterness slams the door and may prevent us from seeing God's work in our lives and that of others. Bitterness in our lives grieves the Holy Spirit. We must forgive even as Christ forgave us.
Only God could have a plan for someone who says they never had a father figure, grew up in a "rough Detroit" neighborhood, to become an engineer, married to another engineer, be a father and help so many others to rise and shine. All through a journey that started at 18 when he met Christ. God's promises are proven daily by those who believe and trust in His faithfulness. In this episode, you will meet a man with a life timeline that shows what God can do to fulfill His Word. He rose from a place filled with despair to create space for others to move out. An engineering professional, a filmmaker , motivator, 3 Emmys, entrepreneur, a Gospel artist and more. Meet the humble Timashion The Visionaire
The world we live in seems to have so many insurmountable hurdles, whether of personal, community, national or international significance. At the time of this podcast the world is facing the COVID-19 pandemic that seems to come in waves, from nation to nation and within nations. Political and ethnic tensions and demonstrations of race, religion or tribe seem to be so overwhelming and solutions seem to be controlled by the progenitors or source trouble themselves. Until Yahweh, the I AM raises a Moses. The Bible in the Book of Exodus, introduces to the power in the Name of God, "I AM", which if embraced will turn seemingly powerful "Pharaoh" situations into powerless "Virtual Reality" acts. The I AM, The God we serve is all powerful. When he is depended upon, he promises and delivers all the backing and support you need using whatever we have. He turned a very insecure Moses a deliverer who parted the waters of the Red Sea in the process. We interface this story with real life situations today. Examples of Philippines and Malawi!

Nothing happens in a vacuum, especially spiritual vacuums. In this podcast we explore through scriptural principles how one can stay calm and overcome horrendous storms. The storms may be spiritual, personal, set created or even social, but when you know who you are and the solid ground you stand on, God will see you through them all. You will learn how to redirect your path.
Standing in the gap for another or ones community is a calling that takes you beyond prayer. It could be a very lonely and arduous task . God calls those with a heart compassion for others to this task. Often times the need is a physical need. In this podcast episode, you will hear the powerful testimony of two ladies who have been doing this for over 20 years. Intercession could be an assignment or calling to perform services for others or your community. Your Job could be a form of Intercession. This is intercession like you've never seen it before.
Take a few minutes and Join us as we pray in an international ring of prayer Jesus said that “where 2 or three are gathered in my name, there I am with them”. When we’re in one accord, Jesus is with us The COVID19 Coronavirus that has engulfed the earth and put the whole planet on PAUSE. It has challenged every human system to the maximum. Why Jesus' Resurrection is earth's Reset during Corona virus Easter lockdown Never before has the whole planet earth come to a standstill, not even during the world wars. If a single virus can press the Pause button on the whole planet earth as we know it. Then it's easy to see man's vulnerability. This is the first Passover and Resurrection day not celebrated in man made church buildings. Simply celebrated within the temple of the Holy Spirit in solitary lockdown. Suddenly man's wisdom, technology, war machines and weaponry are rendered obsolete (Zechariah 9:10). Yet again suddenly our human commonality is exposed without prejudice. In the same way, man should learn that we all have one enemy, Satan. In this podcast we take you through a timeline that shows you that we have one Lord, whose Deity has gone through the "Proving Ground" without equal. Walk with us as we climb the "curve" of prophecy and its fulfillment regarding Jesus Christ our Lord
The world on its knees! We no longer have to ask or wonder "if every knee will bow". One little unseen virus has brought the world, that is everyone on planet earth to a halting standstill. Every nation and peoples regardless of race or economic prowess have their attention on CIVID-19. The Bible says that nothing that is happening has not happened before. The Bible has physical and spiritual examples of Isolation, Quarantine and Lockdown documented. This episode recounts some and hints on what we should do. With power of scripture and lessons learned, it shows us why we need to Pray With Impact. Everything than can be shaken will be shaken, according to the Book of Hebrews. That includes the church

See how you, like the disciples did, may have been overlooking your most God loaded motive to powerful miracle filled prayer. All from the Word of God in clear view. The word “miracle” will never be Biblically unclear to you again.
In this episode, we hear the testimony of a lady whose life was changed from a life of despair, drug and alcohol abuse, effects of sexual abuse from age 4. This was a life in slow motion death with hepatitis c which was incurable at the time. Then she found a personal Christ as she joined our Bible study prayer group. We prayed for health and life turn around. Yes GOD CAN turn any situation around. He saved her life and mind to go back to school and earn up to a Masters Degree at age 62. Listen to this amazing testimony. Fulfillment of Joel 2:25 “So I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten,The crawling locust,The consuming locust, And the chewing locust"
In this episode Learn how to take on the burdens of others so that on"seeing your faith" Jesus is moved into duo action, forgiving sin in the spiritual and performing miracles in the natural Do not underestimate the Power of Intercession within you. Jesus, our role model for intercession, had to die and get to the lowest point of life, the grave, to intercede for us. Jesus conquered death from underneath and rose again and we should never forget how low he got for us to obtain salvation. Likewise we also have to identify with the ones we’re interceding for. An example is Daniel 9 when he interceded for Israel. He identified himself as part of the problem rather than pointing the finger. “four men arrived carrying a paralyzed man on a mat. They couldn’t bring him to Jesus because of the crowd, so they dug a hole through the roof above his head. Then they lowered the man on his mat, right down in front of Jesus. Seeing their faith, Jesus said to the paralyzed man, “My child, your sins are forgiven.”
Faith and Trust are basic elements of effective prayer Praying in faith takes the Word of God, its promises and principles and applies them to our situations aligning them with the Will of God. In Hebrews 11:6 God tells us that it is impossible to please Him without faith. That is a powerful disclaimer! Without faith and Holy Spirit led prayer, Christianity would be just like the other powerless religions that have no value (Hebrews 4:2) to the Kingdom of God. Prayer is the vehicle that harnesses belief and trust together to move faith. We show how to move from faith that just believes to effective faith that completes the loop of faith: Belief, Trust and Impact
How God helps overcome the seemingly “powerful” forces poised against us. DIGNITY WITHIN is a Powerful force within us often unrecognized or used! Sometimes, we have to stand up for the God given dignity within that he built in us as basic for our very existential being. He said we are created in his own image and God the creator of that dignity is greater than the circumstances or bully in front of you.
“Spiritual warfare” is a term commonly used in Christian circles to describe negative encounters that happen between Satan’s forces of evil and believers. They are encounters between Satan and his agents or demonic forces with humanity. We have to understand though, that the good Spirit world has a bigger and a more powerful presence than the evil that we encounter. We should never have to lose a battle, but in reality we do. Jesus won the war! It is a huge and usually barely understood area of life, so we are opening a discussion that will be ongoing. Some terms or phrases used may not appear in the Bible but their use is Bible based and so Biblically acceptable
Having established that prayer is the vehicle necessary to translate our faith from the spiritual to the natural realms, and that prayer is the heartbeat of the body of Christ, it follows therefore that prayer is a necessity not an option. Learn how to unleash this power already built into every believer.
The Lord’s Prayer Why it’s the prayer warrior’s “wow!” Nuclear option The difference between the two, the short version in Luke and longer version in Matthew Who added “…for thine is the Kingdom and why?” In it was imbedded Jesus’ most powerful mystery on how he overcame the power of crucifixion The “Lord’s Prayer” is probably the most recited of the conversations Jesus had with his disciples. It has also been credited with some of the most controversial doctrinal differences within Christianity. We help you discover the powerful principles behind this short prayer teaching that Jesus gave twice, a year apart, to his disciples. Given the powerful men of prayer they became after his departure, it must have worked. You will understand why we call it the “Wow! nuclear option”. God still speaks and when he does, you know that he has spoken! God’s methodology is still the same: Visions, dreams, spirit whispers and his written and Living Word, Logos and Rhema Job 33:14-18 NLT “For God speaks again and again, though people do not recognize it. He speaks in dreams, in visions of the night, when deep sleep falls on people as they lie in their beds. He whispers in their ears and terrifies them with warnings. He makes them turn from doing wrong; he keeps them from pride. He protects them from the grave, from crossing over the river of death.”

Silent surrender requires that you understand, your position in Christ. Surrender in this case, is not surrendering to issues and circumstances or even the Devil, but rather to the Will of God. It may mean you “give in and let go” in the natural but win in the spirit. Prayers offered after one grasps this principle produce such confidence in prayer character that it may look to some to be “arrogance” and yet to others, weakness. This is the confidence Jesus displayed in one of the only few statements He made while on trial, to correct Pilate's assertion about who has the power in John 19:10-11. Jesus knew who He was and let Pilate know that he (Pilate) had no power over his life unless handed to him from above. Learn to be the same.
Part 2 of the power of intercession concludes this series with establishing the source of powerful prayer being the Holy Spirit examples of Jesus' Intercessions. We also present a powerful testimony about an intercessor mother of a national celebrity
Paul Calls it “Exceeding great power” directed toward believers in Ephesians Chapter 1. Job chapter 36 calls it calls it “lightening power “ commanded to strike. In Exodus 17 Moses, Aaron, Hur and Joshua transform it into battleground victory. In Job 36 it’s called Pagah, Hebrew for “standing in the gap” or “intercepting power”. In Ezekiel 22, God looks for anyone that would wish to use it and He finds none. God is looking for you to be a transformer of this amazing power, from the spiritual realm to the natural so you can understand and use it. Listen in and learn how to Pray With Impact
