We're venturing to Garfagnana, Italy, in the Year of Our Lord 1347, for a raunchy comedy based on The Decameron by Giovanni Boccaccio. En el mundo de los negocios, la evolución personal y profesional es clave para alcanzar el éxito. Muchos comienzan como emprendedores, impulsados por una idea y una pasión que los guía a dar sus primeros pasos. Pero ¿cómo pasar de gestionar un pequeño negocio a liderar una empresa consolidada y eficiente? Fabio Baena, mentor de emprendedores, comparte una visión transformadora sobre este proceso, destacando la importancia de estructurar, delegar y soñar en grande para superar los retos y convertirse en un empresario capaz de dirigir su empresa con visión y estrategia. "El emprendimiento son esos pasos de bebé para buscar ser un empresario. Es alguien que empieza un negocio, que no tiene procesos ni sistemas. Mientras que el empresario ya tiene una estructura mucho más ordenada de su negocio, empieza a tener equipos y el negocio no depende completamente de él", explica Fabio. Según su experiencia, el cambio comienza cuando el emprendedor deja de apagar incendios constantemente y empieza a construir una base sólida para escalar. Un elemento crucial en esta transición es aprender a delegar. "La delegación de tareas depende mucho del liderazgo, porque no puedo delegar todo ni tampoco puedo hacer todo por mi cuenta porque sino el negocio no escalará", comenta. Este equilibrio entre control y confianza en los equipos es esencial para que el negocio crezca sin que el líder se desgaste. Además, Fabio subraya la importancia de las ventas como indicador clave: "Primero tengo que tener las ventas, sino no puedo dar ese paso a ser empresario”, afirma. Otro de los indicadores es qué tanto estamos sufriendo por nuestro negocio y si lo toleramos en las épocas difíciles. Soñar en grande es otro componente fundamental. Para nuestro especialista, el crecimiento no solo es una meta, sino una mentalidad que impulsa al emprendedor a superar sus límites y a diseñar estrategias a largo plazo que los lleven al éxito: “Si me conformo con vender poco no tiene sentido ser empresario", recalca nuestro invitado. El camino hacia el empresariado también implica dejar atrás problemas innecesarios y construir equipos autónomos y eficientes. "Si la persona quiere tener una vida más tranquila puede tener equipos que funcionen mejor y solos, donde el emprendedor deje de trabajar en el negocio y se convierta en empresario y trabaje sobre el negocio", señala Fabio. Esta transición permite al empresario enfocarse en la dirección estratégica en lugar de ser un esclavo de las operaciones diarias. Finalmente, Fabio resalta que el éxito requiere tiempo, esfuerzo y una visión clara: "Cuando determino una estrategia en el largo plazo, empiezo a entender que ese tipo de liderazgo es muy importante para cumplir los objetivos en el corto y mediano plazo". Heat oil In skillet with onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Once onion is tender, add in Chorizo. 2. Add cumin, paprika, and cayenne. Once that is mixed in, add tomatoes and the juice from can, reducing the heat to simmer. Simmer until juices thicken then season with salt and pepper 3. Create 4 small spaces in the sauce. Crack an egg into each spot and cover skillet cooking the eggs for about 5 minutes. 4. Remove from heat and sprinkle feta, more salt and pepper, parsley, jalapeños, and avocados. 5.
