(00:00-15:24) – Query & Company opens on a Wednesday with Jake Query live from Grand Park at Colts Training Camp and producer Eddie Garrison back in the studio. They discuss the start of training camp for quarterbacks Daniel Jones and Anthony Richardson. Plus, they touch on the Indiana Fever coming out with Stranger Things uniforms! (15:24-33:54) – Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Alec Pierce joins Jake Query at Grand Park to recap the first training camp practice, admits that it was a challenge adapting to all the different quarterbacks early in his career, states that he doesn’t really notice a different between Anthony Richardson or Daniel Jones when they throw passes to him, shares what his mindset is like going into a contract year, believes that the addition of Tyler Warren is going to help him down the field, and reveals what his offseason entailed after the season ended and before he started preparing for the upcoming season. (33:54-42:14) – Jake closes out the first hour of the show by highlighting some of the takeaways from the first practice of the season for the Indianapolis Colts. He adds that it is incredibly hard to evaluate things with the first couple of practices being reacclimating practices. (42:14-1:06:36) – The IndyStar IU Athletics beat writer, Zach Osterman, joins the program to discuss the comment Curt Cignetti made yesterday at Big Ten Media Day regarding non-conference football scheduling and referencing how the SEC does things. Zach agrees with Jake on how challenging it is for programs to schedule non-conference games because the series get scheduled five years in advance with the hope that the team is still a formidable opponent to bolster the strength of schedule. (1:06:36-1:13:13) – Jake continues recapping the first training camp practice for the Indianapolis Colts earlier today. He shares what Shane Steichen said following practice about what the team is really emphasizing in camp. (1:13:13-1:23:50) – Hour number two of the show concludes with the Indiana Fever’s Association Vice President of Marketing, Shayna Sangster, joining the show to elaborate on the partnership between the Fever and Stranger Things once again. She comments on the growth of the franchise nationally since Caitlin Clark’s arrival and her connections with some famous celebrities. (1:23:50-1:46:24) – NASCAR announcer, and Jake Query’s high school classmate, Adam Alexander joins Query & Company to reveal what it means being able to broadcast the Brickyard 400 at IMS in his home state, shares what some of the storylines are heading into the race this weekend, states that he believes in momentum in racing with Denny Hamlin winning at Dover last weekend, and identifies Tyler Reddick and Bubba Wallace as a driver that has had a tough season thus far but always has a chance at winning the Brickyard 400. (1:46:24-1:58:52) – Dan Friel, Co-Founder of the TBT, is the last guest on today’s show to explain how he came up with the idea of The Basketball Tournament, the decision to go with the Elam Ending compared to a normal basketball game, agrees with Jake that the idea behind this was for fans to watch some of their favorite former college basketball players again, and the format of the tournament. (1:58:52-2:03:57) – Today’s show closes out with Jake recapping some things that stood out from his conversation earlier in the show with Alec Pierce. He questions if Pierce would want to resign with the Colts because of the constant turnover at QB and other reasons.Support the show: https://1075thefan.com/query-and-company/See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

In Hour 2… (6:05) ESPN's Dalen Cuff joined to kick off Hour 2 with a preview of the 2025 NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament. The guys and Dalen hit on some of the biggest names to watch for in this year's tournament, such as Duke, Florida and Houston, as well as hitting on Rick Pitino and his current St. John's squad after winning their first Big East title in over 25 years.  (15:20) Mike Golic Jr's old collegiate coach, Charlie Weis, stopped by to talk through a few different things with the guys. First, they discussed some of his time coaching the Fighting Irish, as well as coaching Mike Jr himself, but then transitioned into what his son, Charlie Weis Jr is up to these days. Charlie Jr. currently serves as OC and QBs coach of Ole Miss, and Charlie Sr. had strong opinions on the rise of Jaxson Dart during the 2025 Draft Process. Charlie didn't have a bad thing to say about Dart, and understands why he continues to climb draft boards, such as Mel Kiper Jr's third mock draft of the season.  (30:18)  We've got a source off! In Hour 1, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network discussed how the Minnesota Vikings were effectively out on QB Aaron Rodgers after informing teams they're not trading QB J.J. McCarthy. During the second hour, The Athletic's Diana Russini tweeted “There's no ‘in' or ‘out' on Aaron Rodgers from Minnesota—they're simply not making a decision at this time.” The guys discuss if there's still a chance Rodgers ends up following in Brett Favre's footsteps and ends up in Minneapolis, as well as continuing the convo from Hour 1 on what they're expecting, if anything, from Rodgers' free agency process.
