Pastor Bethany Taylor understands revival. She grew up in Japan and in a very charismatic movement. (Missionaries in Japan) In her home was modeled spending time and experiences with the Lord. For the last 2 weeks there has been an awareness of repentance and humility. We haven't made room in America for God and we take it for granted. Pastor Tammy was a part of the last Jesus movement. We just had a retreat and we exhaled out our burdens. We saw a group of women keep going deeper. A family was being set free from a generational sin. If we allow the Lord to come in then He does only what He can do. How do we steward this? Ask the Lord and wait on Him. PRAY AND OBEY = FORMULA FOR REVIVAL
I remember falling apart on hikes, wondering why some days I felt strong, and others I couldn't keep up. Now I know it was because of how I was fueled, or NOT fueled I should say. Today, I'm thrilled to have my friend Bethany Taylor on the podcast to bring us the best advice for being prepared for hikes and backpacking trips. Bethany is an outdoor enthusiast and nutrition coach who has so much experience in this area. We dive into things to consider before hikes, how to adjust your training, and everything with nutrition from what to pack, how to implement an EMOM with your snacks, and the best way to recover afterward. We also chat about how fueling for your hike may look different for those in a calorie-deficit phase. We also answer the common question, what's the best approach to being well-fueled and focused on decreasing body fat? Thank you for sharing your wisdom Bethany! No matter your hiking interests or level, this will give you the tactics and approaches to be well-fueled during your hikes!Bio: Bethany is a nutrition coach, outdoor community leader, ultra-runner, hybrid athlete, hiker, backpacker, all-women, adventure travel host, safety & readiness advocate, educator, and espresso lover.Website: https://www.ironsoultrailblazers.com/ Trailblazers Community: https://www.ironsoultrailblazers.com/communityResources:All Things Training for Outdoor Pursuits3 Day Backpacking MenuNo-Cook Hiking LunchesEasy No-Cook Basecamp Camping MealsEasy Adventure + Hiking SnacksBeginner Hiking TipsThe 10 Essentials for Hiking + BackpackingOutdoor & Everyday Safety + ReadinessWork with Jenny the Nutritionist in Create Your Shape:https://jennythenutritionist.com/create-your-shape/Follow Jenny the Nutritionist on Instagram:@jennythenutritionist
We need to depend on God everyday. We need fresh manna. The Israelites were in the wilderness grumbling and God said He would provide for them daily. We struggle with God providing for us daily. We must trust and believe. Fasting focus today is Jonah. And listen to Bethany's story about unforgiveness and what Holy Spirit said to her.
Today is about unity, community, and people. What do you think life groups were back in Moses' time? Fasting Focus is on Jehoshaphat.

Bethany is the Community Pastor at Influence Church. Bethany is a woman of strength, valor and a heart of leadership for God. Bethany grew up in Japan as a Pastor's kid. Leadership was modeled in her home. Tammy asks Bethany to talk about kids today because some kids are so disrespectful today. In order to raise kids up today, Jesus has to be at the center and at the center of it has to be the Word of God. Tammy asks “What are you doing with your children to respect and honor?” Bethany's answer is so good about “talk time.” You don't want to miss it. So many great questions from Tammy and so many great answers from Bethany. The next generation is on our watch. Will you be the leader that God has called you to be?

Skinny teas and sexy quick-fix diet solutions sell. We know that. But what good, educated Nutrition Coaches, like Bethany and myself also know is that none of them work long term. And isn’t that what we’re all looking for? Long-term health, happiness, and a body that feels fantastic no matter where we are or what we’re doing!? In today’s interview episode, fellow Online Nutrition Coach, Bethany Taylor and I discuss all the dirty deets of creating a life-giving relationship with food. How much time it takes, why aesthetic-only goals often lead us astray, and why feeling great and performing well beats looking lean and feeling shitty any/every day of the week. You don’t want to miss the less sexy but super sustainable message we’re sharing with you in today’s episode!
