Alyssa grew up on a farm raising cattle and chickens alongside her parents, older brother, and little sis. Athletics are in her blood as she spent most of her life as an athlete — from gymnastics to track and field, skateboarding to CrossFit, and most recently, weightlifting. She has excelled and pushed the limits in all of them.For the next few years, her sight is set on the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, where she dreams of being one of the top four female weightlifters to make the team. She is “Bittystrong” at 4′ 10.5″ and competes at 49 kg bodyweight. In 2019, she was named the 5th woman in the history of the USA to lift over double bodyweight in the clean and jerk.Nothing can hold Alyssa back, and she believes that nothing should hold you back either.
