A poor second half against Oxford after City failed to put away chances, and then a meek performance against a tired WBA spelt trouble heading into the International Break, but as we sit here Walter is still in charge as City head into a clash against another club with a manager under pressure at Luton. ________________________________________________ Twitter: https://twitter.com/HullCityAFCAus Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/aussi... The trio are back to digest a wild weekend of football. As always we kick things off with hot news including the Ballon D'Or results (11:02). But first, we take a look at the conclusion of Erik ten Hag's tumultous tenure as Manchester United manager (2:45). Where do the Red Devils go from here? The boys dive into those rumors and more. Next, it's a trip to London to deep dive into enthralling matches at Brentford (17:19) and Arsenal (20:00) that shook up both ends of the table. Finally, we do a quick whip round the league and take a look at some tasty fixtures to come. You won't want to miss this one
West Ham - Man. Manchester United vs Spurs has made headlines for a very different reason as both managers are under immense pressure. It's been labeled as El-Sackico for Ole and Nuno. It seems as though the drama in the Premier League never stops and this week was no different. The drama this week came from the fixture dubbed "El Sackico". The fixture between Tottenham and Manchester United saw both of the Managers at risk of losing their jobs if the results weren't in their favour. The result saw Ole surviving for another day (I think we all saw the ultimate survivor pulling off another great escape) but Nuno was sacked by the London club. The gents discuss the sacking and whether this sacking was valid or too soon. We then move on to the rest of the games from Gameweek 10 and boy were there some surprise results, including the game between Crystal Palace and Manchester City. We go through the results and discuss how they are shaping the table. Another topic discussed by the boys are the other significant managerial changes in the footballing world. These changes include: Conte to the Spurs, "Mr. Good Ebening" Unai Emery has been linked with Newcastle (with Newcastle planning to buy him out of his Villareal contract) and Xavi is set to lead Barcelona. The host discuss what these changes mean for these teams. We wrap up the episode with looking at the UEFA Champions League Group tables. We have a look at the current standings and give our predictions as to who we see qualifying from their groups. Catch all of this in this Episode.

The boys are back to discuss all the Premier League action from Matchweek 10 over the weekend. Manchester City lost badly to Crystal Palace, and I really can't explain it. El Sackico lived up to its name, but not in the way anyone thought it would. Antonio Conte has replaced Nuno as Tottenham manager. We live in crazy times. Will West Ham make Champions League? Happy Conte Bowlgiving and welcome back to the 11 on Eleven podcast! This week's episode is kicked started by finally giving Arsenal its flowers after beating Leicester City this past weekend (1:36). We then move on to briefly discuss the biggest game this past week, El Sackico! The battle between Manchester United's Ole Gunnar Solskjaer vs Tottenham Hotspur's Nuno Espírito Santo which very much would see the loser get sacked (19:19). But of course in 11 on Eleven fashion we get derailed and get into a heated debate over Ronaldo and Messi and as to whether Ronaldo is being harshly judged while his counterpart, Messi, is being given a pass (24:34). We then end off the pod with a quick roundup of other notable Premier League games, Manchester City vs Crystal Palace (40:28), Chelsea vs Newcastle (47:44), and lastly Liverpool vs Brighton (49:29).
Welcome back to another episode of the FPL Fortress. This weekend was a rough one for many FPL managers - that is, unless you had Reece James, who came out of nowhere and delivered for his owners, all while other big name players struggled. We'll discuss how Spurs played 4D chess by losing to United so they end up with Conte, as well as going big at the back to take advantage of the lack of options in the midfield and striker departments. Finally, we try to predict teams who are on the upturn and teams who we should be jumping off of.
Recorded on Sunday, Oct. 31: Ole wins El Sackico as his United side destroy Spurs 3-0 away; the pressure piles on Nuno after the crowd chant "you don't know what you're doing"; Ole seems to live another day in the Old Trafford hot seat; Impressive Ramsdale and Arsenal keep a clean sheet in 2-0 win against Leicester; Palace topple Man City; Liverpool drop points against impressive Brighton; Newcastle cruise against Newcastle to go top; the Ramen o-Meter returns as we look at which managers are feeling the pressure.
Sports fan and podcaster Sam Bartram takes listeners on an exploration of the latest sporting events and dissects them in his own inimitable style. This week we look back at ‘el sackico' and the aftermath that saw Conte replace Nuno at Spurs, there's also more Solskjaer chat and focus on the game between Norwich City and Leeds United as well as Aston Villa vs West Ham United. Outside of football, there's plenty on the T20 Cricket World Cup where we laid England's success. Also, we discuss F1's sprint format and ask whether it can work. Finally this week is the second in my sporting icons series - we take a look at the career of cycling legend Chris Froome. *Disclaimer - This episode was recorded on Sunday night before the news of Nuno's sacking broke on Monday morning* ____________________________________________ It hurts us to do this but or last three thumbnails have all been asking if it's time for a manager to move on or not but such is the nature of the business. As they say, "it's a results game". The runup to #Spurs vs #ManUnited was billed as El Sackico because many believed that the loser of this match would surely face the sack. The loser was Nuno Espirito Santo, so it seems like just a matter of time before he's down the job centre and Ole lives to lose another day. Elsewhere, 442 and #Arsenal won against Leicester. Brighton fought back to earn a 2-2 draw away at Liverpool and Chelsea eased to a 3-0 victory over Saudi Arabia. Tune in and Subscribe for a full run down of the weekend's action
The bar is open for another weekend of Premier League football, and we had Saturday's game that was dubbed "El Sackico" between Spurs and Manchester United. Solksjaer came out on top, but some of the lads still have strong reservations about what this means for United and their future. Tune in to hear the boys take on all the other Premier League games that took place this weekend
Karl , Nick and Justin were joined by Jose Delgado , a Spurs fan from Texas to discuss yet another Spurs defeat.
Ole' survives El Sackico, Arsenal get a big 3 points away and some big points dropped at Anifield and the Etihad..ENJOY

Man Utd, still with Ole in charge, visit Tottenham next in a game dubbed as the El Sackico due to the pressure on both managers. Arteta's in form Arsenal travel to face there biggest test since Man City, travelling to face an in form Leicester side coming off two big wins against Man Utd & Brentford.
