I just had to share this session with you.  Every time I dive into this topic, I gain more clarity in my own mental models, and I just LOVE that.  Today, we are talking about your mental mindset, and trust me when I tell you, there is A LOT to unpack here, so let's dive in.  Decision-making and understanding stable decision-making models takes practice and effort.  Understanding your own belief systems, where they came from, how they help or hinder you- takes effort.  As humans, we instinctively make decisions every single day.
