Nathan Dahm, R-Broken Arrow, and sponsored in the House by Rep. Kevin West, R-Moore, a bill is making its way through the legislature. This bill would allow public school districts to hire or accept volunteer faith-based chaplains to support students and staff, offering services and programs. Section 2: Victory for Teachers of Faith In Southern California, a school district has been ordered to compensate a Christian teacher, Jessica Tapia, who was dismissed for not complying with the district's transgender policies. Tapia, who taught physical education at Jurupa Valley High School, was fired for refusing to use preferred pronouns and for not allowing students to use facilities matching their gender identity. This case has been seen as a victory for teachers of faith. “Ooo, yeah, throw a plate at me, Demi Moore!” - Eric On this week's episode, the 2024 Listener Request Month continues with a convo all about the absolute trash-fest that is, Indecent Proposal! Why don't we see the Moore/Redford sex scene? Why are we doing that flashback with Woody Harrelson and Demi Moore, using a bad wig and braces respectively, to comically play 19 year-olds? Why are we bothering with the lame, dueling, his & hers VoiceOver tracks? How cowardly were these filmmakers and studio execs who were scared to have Redford play an actual villain? And why didn't we ever get the Seymour Cassel spin-off film, Shackleford?! PLUS: Using Robert Redford movie titles as sex slang, fun for all! Indecent Proposal stars Demi Moore, Woody Harrelson, Robert Redford, Seymour Cassel, Oliver Platt, Billy Bob Thornton, Billy Connolly, Danny Zorn, Kevin West, and Rip Taylor as Mr. Langford; directed by Adrian Lyne. In this week's episode of The Property Rebel: We present to you, TALES OF THE TRIBE! Meet Kevin West A.K.A. "The Deal Machine" - Full-time painter and decorator Kevin signed up to the Elite Property Tribe in January last year to ‘put a foot through a new door'. Since joining, Kevin has gone from strength to strength securing and listing several deals on The Property Investor App as well as setting up his own Rent 2 Rent portfolio. Within a month of joining the tribe, Kevin had sourced a block of flats in Leeds which was listed and SOLD on The Property Investor App within an HOUR! Despite his success, Kevin felt his lack of confidence in approaching agents and vendors was a big obstacle standing in the way of him securing more deals. To tackle this, he spent a day in the office with Arsh where he ended up speaking with circa 20-30 agents securing a rent to rent deal which was later published on the app. Kevin wants to spend the next year continuing to build his confidence which will help him achieve his ultimate goal of being full-time in property by the summer of 2022. With the help of Arsh and the rest of the tribe, there's no reason why this can't be achieved! Want to begin your own property journey?
