Highlights: Browns fan sentiment has shifted from despair to anger, with calls for firings and major changes. Terry Pluto argues the 1980s Browns era was defined by consistent success, not just heartbreaking losses like "The Drive." The franchise's identity since 1999 has been a perpetual and unsuccessful search for a quarterback. Why a new stadium will not improve the Browns' on-field performance due to the NFL's salary cap structure. A listener's analogy, endorsed by Pluto, compares a bad offensive line to a bad baseball bullpen that collapses the entire team. The hosts highlight the rare importance of a great offensive line coach, questioning if former coach Bill Callahan would return to the current instability. The loss to the Jets: the "beginning of the end" for head coach Kevin Stefanski? Why the defeat was statistically unprecedented: Since 1950, teams holding opponents under 175 yards with zero turnovers were 225-0 before the Browns' loss. The Browns' special teams have become a glaring liability, allowing an NFL-worst six return touchdowns under coach Bubba Ventrone. A failed fourth-down play against the Jets epitomized the team's dysfunction in both play-calling and execution. Analysis revealed that quarterback play and other factors, not just the O-line, were responsible for nearly half of the sacks allowed. Kevin Stefanski's offense, which once excelled with backup quarterbacks, has severely regressed this season. Terry Pluto fondly remembered the late Lenny Wilkens as a Hall of Fame coach, a great teacher of basketball, and a man of dignity. A new injury to Darius Garland puts pressure on Donovan Mitchell and the current Cavaliers to find alternative offensive schemes. Guardians pitchers Emmanuel Clase and Luis Ortiz have been federally charged in a game-fixing scheme involving manipulating on-field events. The indictment identifies Clase as the instigator who recruited Ortiz for a surprisingly small financial payout. The scandal may cost Clase his $6 million salary for 2025 and two team options worth an additional $20 million. A key unanswered question is whether Clase attempted to recruit other players who may have reported the scheme. A listener has a scenario about a stolen base and the new challenge system in MLB for balls and strikes. What Terry and David think it could mean. Learn more about your ad choices. The Knicks stay hot, scoring 130 points for the third straight game — the first time in franchise history. Jalen Brunson is my Player of the Game for the second time this season after another dominant performance: 30+ points, 10+ assists, and 5+ rebounds. That's his fifth time reaching those numbers as a Knick, tying him with Stephon Marbury and Ray Williams for third-most in team history.I break down how the Knicks offense is evolving, give a shoutout to Jordan Clarkson, and reflect on the lives of two Knicks legends — Michael Ray Richardson and Lenny Wilkens — who both sadly passed away this week.Click the links below for the podcast, articles, merch, YouTube channel, and more.Click the links below for:

RUNDOWN Mitch solves last week's "mafia lookalike" mystery — listeners decide he's a dead ringer for The Sopranos' Michael Imperioli. The guys riff through Goodfellas lore, Seahawks' second straight blowout win, and Von Miller's hilarious regret about choosing Washington over Seattle ("it's like turning down a girl who became a movie star"). Heartfelt condolences to the family of Lenny Wilkens, celebrating the Hall of Famer's legacy as both player and coach — and his decades as the Pacific Northwest's ultimate basketball statesman. Then it's back to football as the guys revel in another stress-free Seahawks blowout, highlighted by two identical sack-fumble touchdowns from Tyrese Knight and DeMarcus Lawrence. Mitch welcomes back Brady Henderson and Jacson Bevens for another Seahawks No-Table after a 44-22 dismantling of the Cardinals. The crew marvels at a team that suddenly looks like a legitimate Super Bowl contender, while debating the sloppy second half and the emerging run-game breakthrough. They dig into injury updates on Ernest Jones, and Jarran Reed, the trade for Rashid Shaheed, and the defense's uncanny "next-man-up" magic under Mike Macdonald. Mitch reconnects with Rick Neuheisel, presented by Taco Time Northwest, to unpack a wild week in college football — starting with Washington's shocking collapse in Madison. Rick calls it a "disaster," offers perspective on Jed Fisch's road woes, and shares how leadership, not logistics, separates winners from whiners. From there, the conversation races across the national landscape: Penn State's heartbreak at Happy Valley, Texas Tech's oil-fueled rise, and which Group of Five team might crash the playoff. Then Neuheisel dives into Lincoln Riley's number-swap trickery — calling it "legal but unethical" — before handing out Taco Time honors. Mitch reconvenes the Seattle Kraken No-Table with RJ Eskanos and Dylan Travers of Emerald City Hockey for the team's first check-in of the season. Despite a solid early record and a near-top Pacific Division standing, the panel wonders how sustainable it really is. RJ notes that the offense remains among the league's weakest, while Dylan credits new head coach Lane Lambert for installing a defense-first system that maximizes effort and structure. Headlines and 12th man news with GREGG BELL (Tacoma News Tribune) Gregg shares his thoughts on the passing of Lenny Wilkens. The Seahawks 1st half was total domination yesterday. What did we see from this defense yesterday? It was run-heavy for the offense, but there were some sloppy moments for Sam Darnold and the offense. Injury updates and more! :30- The Dawgs blew it in Madison. The weather was awful, but UW can't blame it for the loss. They were incapable of getting anything going and gave the Badgers their first conference win. :35- We had an awful week in fact or fiction, but luckily Chuck is the only one who got a pick right last week and he's starting us off this morning! :45- We have missed hearing from Mike MacDonald!
The Seahawks dominate again! The Seahawks defense showed out and the run game finally got going as they routed the Cardinals 44-22 and it wasn't even THAT close. :30- Grab your Cold Turkey Sandwich, it's the Board of Scores and there were some wonky games in the NFL week 10! :45- Coach Bucky is here! - Which win was more impressive? The Hawks over the Cardinals or the Rams over the 49ers? - Which was the more gut-wrenching loss? The Mariners in game 7 of the ALCS or the Sounders game 3 shootout loss? - Remembering the great Lenny Wilkens.
