Where to ride in SW Ontario Canada.  Gphoer Dunes has top knotch track and trail facilities for all rides in Motocross, ATV, Dual Sport/Enduro.MAIN TRACKThe main feature of Gopher Dunes is our world famous 2km sand track. The course features man-made obstacles with a 40 rider starting gate and underground irrigation system. The track is groomed 4 days per week and irrigated 3 days per week (if applicable)TRAILSOur trail system offers 3 separate one-directional trails that are close to 10km each in length for bikes, ATV’s, and UTV’s. The trails are well marked and groomed several times per year offering something fun to ride from beginner to Pro. Our trails also feature a single track section for bikes only and a Mud trail for ATV’s and UTV’s only.BEGINNER TRACKOur beginner track is designed for those who are just getting started with off-road riding. The course is 1.2 km in length and is also the same course used for our Red Rider training programs for those who have never rode before. Homily for March 14th, 2021 The 4th Sunday in Lent Celebrant: Fr. Lee McLeod, CJ St. Aidan's Anglican Church, Nicholasville, KY www.jessamineanglicans.org Lectionary Readings Numbers 21:4-9 Psalm 91 Ephesians 2:1-10 John 3:14-21 Important note: I didn't have time to address an important point in this week's sermon. I want to be very clear on this particular point - that while the symptoms of acedia can sound a lot like depression, & acedia often feeds on depression and anxiety, they ARE NOT the same thing. Please DO NOT hear my words today as suggesting depression or anxiety are just "bad thoughts" or sin. Acedia is a decision we make to stop caring, to shut others away. Depression and anxiety are complex mental disorders that require proper treatment. If you are experiencing depressive thoughts or anxiety, and don't know who to talk to, simply dial 211 for help finding qualified people to treat you. It may take counseling, or therapy, or medication. Those are all healthy ways we can experience healing. And always know that you are loved, you are important, and that you are not alone!

This week we had the pleasure of speaking with Dr. Fatma Inanici from the University of Washington who is conducting a transcutaneous spinal cord stimulation study to restore hand and arm function in cervical level spinal cord injuries. We spoke about the trials that have been completed and their success, the next set of trials getting ready to begin, and the role this technology could play in restoring some lower body functionality.
