We'll mainly focus on the team's freshman class and which players showed up with the measurables to contribute next fall if things go well for each player. Rebuilding the Penn State offense Kotelnicki dramatically improved the team's explosive play percentage on offense last year and helped the program reach its first Big Ten Championship game since 2016 and a college football playoff run. As always, teams must evolve and change year to year based on the talent turnover from the previous season. While much of the core remains the same from 2024, there are places that Penn State can adapt and change the plan for the upcoming season.
