I have always been curious about human nature and what makes us tick. I have worked with people all over the globe. People with different beliefs, backgrounds, religions, professions, family issues, and traumas. In writing this book, I started to change. I first was in a place of anger like most victims. Then as the anger melted away and my heart opened, I was able to see things much more clearly. I started to put the puzzle pieces together when it comes to childhood trauma, domestic violence, narcissisms, and how we treat one another. Therefore, I wrote this book to shine my light out into the world. For I was in the dark like many other people. I had to heal my wounds and pick myself back up. When I realized, our story is happening to others around the world, I felt this strong urge to write this book. I needed to share our story to spare millions of children and families from abuse, trauma, and pain.Like many other victims, I went on a quest to learn more about narcissistic traits and behaviors. I sadly discovered that it appeared many websites and blog posts were not coming from a place of love, compassion, understanding, and forgiveness, but from a place of anger, hate, and victimization. If you truly want to heal and discover your authentic self, you must come from a place of LOVE!Victims of narcissistic abuse have been led down the path of being afraid because FEAR has been their teacher. I want to take a different approach. I want LOVE to be your teacher. Fear is all about force and the energy/vibration of fear is weak. If you Google images of “Clinically Proven Map of Consciousness”, you will see that the energy levels below 200 are false, lack integrity, and do not support life. Energy levels above 200 have truth, Integrity, and support life.To read more, please visit my website homepage. Support the show

During one year, this equates to more than 10 million women and men. 1 in 4 women and 1 in 9 men experience severe intimate partner physical violence, sexual violence, intimate partner stalking with impacts such as injury, fearfulness, and post-traumatic stress disorder. As we find ourselves officially in October, it's time to address a hard topic. October is National Domestic Violence Awareness Month and it's a topic that I felt strongly we need to talk about as hard as it is. I've been looking at the statistics and our own Fort Worth is making national news because of the increase in the rate of domestic violence. It's not hard to see the headlines and be absolutely sick to your stomach at the thought of what some children are having to experience at home. Of course, I want to bring awareness to this issue but I also want to task you with two things that you can do to help stop the spread of domestic violence:1) Pray. Pray for violence to be cast out, pray that the motivation that causes someone to choose violence to cease, and pray for protection for those who currently find themselves in a household where domestic violence is a reality.2) Be Aware. As neighbors, as men and women in this community, let us be vigilant in our awareness of what is taking place around us. If you notice something that seems potentially harmful or dangerous, speak up. You may be saving a life.Lastly, I just want to say thank you for being a part of this community and for caring for your community and for being friends who are trusting God in prayer

Jane discusses her experiences with domestic violence as a self confessed serial dater in her younger years. She talks about the social isolation from family and friends, the abuse, manipulation, power and control she suffered through at the hands of her two consecutive partners. She was dazzled by the money and high life the men offered her in Hong Kong and found herself in abusive relationships, where she could not break free. Jules also discusses her own personal experiences in her 20's. Both women, who see themselves as survivors, talk about red flags, trusting their instincts and dangerous patterns of behaviour. A listener note: This podcast may be distressing to some people as the topic of intimate partner violence is discussed. There is also some swearing.
