Today on Conflict Managed, Dr. Leslie LaChance, a poet and educator, shares her thoughts on the role of practicing the arts in business and everyday life, and how the participation in art can calm us, inducing self-reflection and a greater capacity to listen and create. Well into the month of June we are continuing with the "Mind Your Mental Health" series, I had the opportunity of interviewing Katee Capeto, LCSW in this episode.
